ok..when i had my son 19 years ago..my sister in laws had their first babes ...one had a son also.. she chose to circumsize because she was told it was the 'clean' thing to do..i refused to let them touch my son's penis..it was horrible watching my poor nephew go through infection after infection..yet my son never had any problems at all..i was convinced that would happen ..i NEVER pulled my sons foreskin back to clean it. its not natural to do that. now as an adult..my son has never had any problems in that area. i have heard..but have never discussed this with my son..that sex for the man is better with a foreskin.. personaly...i like the way a foreskin looks and smells. i hate stinky things but i love el natural... i love penises..with or without the hood.. but if my son wants it off he has an excellent Dr. it's his choice. i think we owe it to our kids to let them make those decisions. i guess thats all i have to say about it.... sorry if i strayed a wee bit from the direction the post was going.. but i felt it important enough to put my two cents worth in..

It's true almost all men in America are circumcised at birth. I've never had a lover who wasn't, although I've heard that they're better.

I´ve never really understood the culture behind circumcision in the US. The jewish have their religious background to support this practise, Islam has it too, even some sects of christianity. But for the rest of the country it seems like a thing grown from tradition wich maybe again spurred from fashion. Am I wrong? On a personal note, I would never undergo a surgery/mutilation like that, I like my penis too much. [sm=hewah.gif]

My father, who was circumsized in his early thirties after a decade plus of marriage and four kids, told me on his own that he prefered being circumsized to not. He said the sex was much better. This was one of those weird conversations my father started with me. He also told me that it was the man's job to please the woman sexually not the other way around. Shrug And yes, being the nosy teen I was, I had to ask my mother's opinion and she agreed that their sex life got much better after he was cut.
