seborrheic dermatitis is caused by an over growth of yeast combined with too much oil production. yeast feed on sugars. try an anti yeast diet along with your anti fungal shampoo or cream. you can also take olive leaf extract to kill yeast.

your pillowcase question:
You also might want to try this--I don't have the condition you're suffering with--but since I went bald, I found that the natural oils from my head wreak havoc on my pillowcases, since there's no hair to "absorb" the oils from the scalp. 

I got this tip from a fellow bald guy-- I place a soft hand-towel over my pillow--it not only "absorbs" the oil better than the pillowcase, it spares my pillow--keeps it fresher, longer, and has resulted in significantly less breakouts which occasionally occur, and it's so much easier to just toss the towel in the wash each week, and if necessary, every 3-4 days or so.
