Just curious here..Are you saying you think I'm a right wing?

Just for shits a giggles..The word I used was on purpose..I pictured people flailing their arms about in an attempt to get out of a hole so to speak. It was used solely in a creative manner.[:D]

I know the difference between to two words.
I made no attempt at all to place you in either camp.AS for the rest of your post ,sadly I cannot begin to decipher what you are referring to.What word did you use on purpose? The "difference between to two words" ?
Once you explain what you intended to say here,I can fashion a responce.

You put quotations around the words "clamoring about" so I wasn't sure if you thought I had made a word usage error or was just wanting to put emphasis on me using them altogether so I made it clear.

No worries and no need for a response unless you feel you want to.

I put quotations there because I had quoted you......thats what they are for.Did I feel you used the words in a dismissive manner....yes I did.
No offence taken ,hell given your read on my thoughts I can almost understand it....of course it is my opinion that you are missing my point completely.....yes I am "clamoring about"but not due to the rantings of this one idiot....rather over the arguments being put forth in defence of those silly comments. Those blatherings offend me....it is every mans right to be an idiot....it is when you drag the founding fathers into the argument that I get pissed. When you cherry pick, twist and claim intent to justify the falllacy...I tend to "clamor about"

I'll just pass this by because it's obvious you don't know what I meant from the start nor do you understand the difference in the two words or my humor with them.

No more dismissive than "it's every man's right to be an idiot" because they don't agree with you.

You don't have to read into anything..Just read the documents all of the documents..it's completely clear and it's plain English. This country was founded on such words and the spirit of them still remain. Now whether or not they apply to "this one guy" or not..well like much of life..it's open to debate I suppose.

slvemike4u -> RE: Is this a threat? sedition? or just posturing? (10/25/2010 6:24:36 PM)

Nope, you don'y get to do that. You can not cite the justification for an original revolution to justify another revolution...this one formented by ideological fervor. The Founders rebelled against tyrany and for free will.Their revolution was fought so that man might have self determination...and he gained that when he exerted his right to vote.As he pleases and absent the threat that the losers just might take up arms.

Your wrong. I personally would do whatever I chose to do. Including but not limited to what I have stated if I so chose to do it. I would accept the consequences and know full well the ramifications. If it ever happens then I guess you'd have to stop me.

lol....well there you go,another one goes over the ledge.....lol.

DMFParadox -> RE: Is this a threat? sedition? or just posturing? (10/25/2010 6:33:44 PM)

The problem is that the founders of our government - and please don't get me wrong, I greatly prefer democracy to the alternatives - but our founders were somewhat unaware of the tyranny of the majority, and failed to put enough safeguards in there to manage a country with laws so byzantine that it takes almost a decade of study to master one segment of it, be it trial law or estate law, or intellectual property law...

The legal system as it stands is fucking unmanageable. And therefore, poorly managed. Though to give our system credit, we are still usually trying to be fair.

We've got a few to spare, I think... physical and metaphorical.

slvemike4u -> RE: Is this a threat? sedition? or just posturing? (10/25/2010 6:39:11 PM)

Sorry, but that is what the Constitution is for there are ample protection inherent in our system of laws to protect the minority from the tyranny of the majority.
I'm not buying that one at all.....certainly not for justification for rebellion, sedition or insurrection. We have elections to address the direction of gov't ...we have courts to seek redress against the overreaching of that gov't.
There is nothing sick or wrong with the form of the gov't.

That was in jest, silly. Just trying to make a point that no matter how well educated you are concerning the founding fathers it all boils down to interpretation. Yours and others.

Have you actually read any of the documents concerning the founders?

I'm not talking about the time it takes you to peruse them so you can say yes either.[:D]
