Well, hasn't this become cozy? I'll take a mango chunk or twelve, angel. And Chai tea. *purrrrrrrrrrrr* It's a might chilly here in The Land of the Morning Calm, and I can feel the love oozing about the space. I have been a shameless flirt (and a wonton hussy *wink) all my life. It is how we talk. There is no heat behind it sometimes. It's just an appreciation of the humanity of people, the manliness / womanliness of someone. Years ago, I was a lesbian, living in a big East Coast, USA city. My very first girlfriend and I went back to my hometown, Nowhere, Midwest, to see my family. On the way, we stopped at a filling station, and the attendant said something along the lines of, "and what can I get you two lovely ladies today?" Here he was an overweight, middle aged, good ole boy living absolutely in his flirt. Well, I slipped right back into my flirtatious mode and batted my eyelashes, touched his arm, and called him "darling." My girlfriend of course was shocked by this behavior. Honey, this is how we talk. Worry if I *don't* flirt. *as an aside, I love how fun flirting is. It is such an honest way of seeing beyond the dreary day to day. It adds spice to the stew, color to the painting, harmoney to the song.
