Nope.  It has been driven that way by the madrassas, but for quite a while Jews and Arabs got along fine.  When Torquemada was torturing the Jews, the Ottoman Empire extended an invitation to them.  That's why there are Sephardic temples and Jews in what is now Turkey, Greece, and Bulgaria.

I try to be polite, but sometimes you strain that, CerVeza.  Saddam did use weaponry against the Kurds, but it was not on the same plane as those he was rumored to have and be preparing to use against the USA.  He was supposed to have ;long-range capabilities - what he sued against the Kurds was local stuff like mustard gas.  Had you been reading any news at the time, you might have noticed that they were unanimous that there WERE no WMDs found in Iraq.

You might wanna check your sources before you call people who disagree with you "silly".

Status: offline 		That old saying, two's company, three's a crowd, perhaps the increasing power of the Christian church drove the wedges between the different beliefs. Two can exist together in understanding but a third, perhaps an annoying upstart always seeks to find its place. The Christian church of the early middle ages was more about individual power of the pope and less about the good of the church, so I wonder was it the Christian church that scattered the Jews.

Sadam used chemicals against the Kurds with the U.S. having NO problem with it. Where was our moral superiority then? And, you know that the Bush administration was talking about nuclear weapons anyway. NONE were found and the intelligence we used to say that they were there was fabricated.

Many predicted the fall of the Soviet Union before 1980. So, it couldn't have had much to do with "Star Wars."

And, using one election as some sort of great victory? You have no sense of history, sir. As soon as the economy turns around voters will go back to tailgating and sofa surfing.

And, Americans is capitalized!

When the people realized thay there were good quality, inexpensive, plentiful consumer goods to be had, the Soviet Union was doomed. If the Republican dumbasses would quit listening to the CANF (Cuban American National Foundation) and lift the embargo on Cuba, The regime there would fall within 24 months.

Repeal the Helms-Burton bill.

I lived in miami for 18 years so I kinda have an idea what Im talking about.
