ThatDamnedPanda -> RE: Long-term Forum Posters - A Longevity Question. (12/31/2010 6:34:10 PM)

I don't remember my first username, so I can't look up my first post. I first signed up in around 2004, but I didn't spend much time here because I didn't like the format or the interface, and I was addicted to bondage.com at the time. I lost the password and adopted a new persona in around 2006 (I think). That password got screwed up last year, and I became the DamnedPanda who stands before you now. I don't know what my first post was under this identity, and I'm too embarrassed to look it up because it was probably something either really nasty or really stupid.

FR

I found one of my posts in Health and Safety: 6/19/04. I'm pretty sure I had earlier posts, as I evidently joined 4/17/04. My name was January.

sub4hire still posts here (mainly in the bantering type forums nowadays). I think she's been here from the beginning.

Since this is perhaps the third screen name/account I have had on CM I am not sure I could track down my first post. Every once in a while someone will dredge up an old thread and I see a post that really resonates with me... only to look at the avatar and screen name and realize that it's one of my posts. I've yet to reply to one of them as far as I can recall.

Arpig -> RE: Long-term Forum Posters - A Longevity Question. (12/31/2010 7:48:47 PM)

My first post, as far as I can figure was 1/10/2006 so that puts me at just shy of 5 years, in the introduce yourself forum ( http://www.collarchat.com/fb.asp?m=242544 ); all of 8 days after I joined.

I always wondered about your screen name, mystery solved!

I joined back on 6/2/2004 The earliest I can find is as dark~angel on the Intro forums and that is dated 7/16/2004 10:54:06 .  But I say that I had been posting on the forums before that intro thread in the post.  That makes me 6years and 5 months and a few days?  Good grief ... [8|]  I think stef or LaM are longer though...

I have no idea when my first post was but the forum software says I joined on 1/26/2004.

I find that I can't think about problems/stressors AND keep my balance on the treadmill at the same time so the gym is a great way for me to unwind - and that is me only walking on the treadmill... and very slowly at that!!!!!

Hey Firm, Happy New Year to you and Treasure. I was half expecting my first post to be me arguing with you in Politics and Religion ;)

I used to post here as Aynne, but somehow that was no longer able to be accessed, but my first post was here:  I joined in January of 08, so it's 3 years now. In all seriousness, I have enjoyed it for the most part and met and made some really cool friends [:)].

That makes me... hmmm.. a 4 year, 7+month vet? I'll even go one step further.. my FAVORITE quote from that whole thread was this
quote:

ORIGINAL: BitaTruble

quote:

So, benji might score more often if he changed his profile to include beating his mate with his ten inch "dangling participle".....

The problem with this, of course, is a 10" dangling cyber participle only equates to a 3" dangling participle in real life.

The conversions rates are a bitch.

Celeste

Yeah.. that still cracks me up..

*sigh* Oh, where does the time go. Ironically enough, in 4+ years I have only posted about 200 times. Odd, considering what a motormouth I am in real life.
