According to your posting, I see only one group. A muslim mob wanting the death of a christian man who had been passing out leaflets. I think what you are asking is if religion is the motivation. Appears to be, but I dont know all the details.

It's sensible not to be definitive on such thin evidence but it does appear that religious tension is the major motivating factor. I'm unaware if the US media carries such reports but lots of little incidents like this occur all the time in places like Indonesia India Pakistan and so on. We get to hear about them here probably because they're pretty close to us.

Sometimes in this thread I've gone one whole day without responding to you. Please understand that I'm in the last couple of weeks of prep before setting out on a 2,175 mile hike. As for your position above, I feel no more need to argue with you about that then I do to argue with rule about circumcision. How hard is that to understand?
