Status: offline 		the first one was getting ready to fly to me then said she needed me to send her $400.00 for the ticket. the other led me on for 2 weeks about meeting, then after exchanging 20 messages, she blocked me. and did give a reason.

Status: offline 		come to my place to meet and walk. there is 280 apartments in this complex and there are always people out along with several surveillance cameras monitered by the police. this is one of the safest places in town. there less crime here that at the mall.

yep, and he wants them to pay for their flight to him themselves to get that experience

and btw OP, since when is having cameras equal to no crime??? If that would be the case, then there would not much police being needed in the UK So quite frankly, CCTV around doesn't increase my confidence ...
