Are you trying too hard?
You have to be relaxed in order to do it. You also have to be patient, and if you can't do it the first time, I wouldn't be surprised.
Start by handling only what you can, take care of the rest manually. Get accustomed, and WITH TIME AND PRACTICE, you'll be able to stand it more. If it gets difficult AFTER A WHILE, he can help you with his hand... oh and it helps if he's verbally encouraging.
It just takes a while to get used to it, so don't get discouraged or impatient. Take your time. If you keep trying, one way or another you'll get used to it. Just don't push yourself too much. Relax and be patient.

Lol, sorry, not laughing at the OP, laughing at the comments - I don't find vomit sexy - if you're bulimic, you might have an overdeveloped gag reflex, or just a sensitive trigger - an ex told me she practiced with her toothbrush until she overcame her gag reflex and she could hold her breath for a really long time.

The easiest method that I've had success with is to have the woman lay down on her back on a bed, and hang her head off the edge.  Tongue MUST be out, and usually my dick slides in as easy as when we're doing anal.  Sometimes I can feel something in the back of a girl's throat that feels like a half open door, but when you get the right angle, it slides in without much resistance.

There isn't really that much too it, besides practice. If you're going for the clean way, just go slowly and do an inch at a time. If you don't mind doing it the dirty way, get in the shower and let the guy decide the pace. If you gag a bit too much, cleanup is easy.

I'd like to learn to do this also. My first Master was very "gifted" and I always thought that one day I'd like to have this ability. There is something enthralling about submitting to this for me, but as I'm not a masochist, I want it to be something I can give without ridiculous suffering. I like the idea of me controlling the movement until I'm good at it, but ultimately, the appealing part is having to take whatever comes...I'm optimistic the techniques in the link will help. Now, I don't have a Master to practice on (and don't want one!) But if I did, I would, over and over and over :D
