Its about Obama exerting his constitutional rights. Rights he did not give up to become President... unless someone can show me a law that states he has no rights simply because he IS President.

In the States black people who don't toe the democratic party line are often accused of "acting white" and of being "Uncle Toms." Maybe you intended it as a cheap joke against the right but to me it came across as: "President Obama is not a real black because he's not liberal enough." Hence the reason I asked about it.
