Interesting though Ishtarr... if it was on the Gorean board by 'a Gorean' (for sake of discussion)... would ridiculing Gorean practices have been appropriate?

Depend on what you mean by ridiculing Gorean practices and which board you mean.

On the CM Gorean board:

If she was typing up heavy book tinted role play gestures, like saying *this girl enters and kneels down at the Free's feet, begging for their permission to speak* she would be ridiculed for doing that, not because it's not a Gorean practice for slaves to enter that way, but because she was pretending to do this online.

If she would have just posted in the third person, like she did here, she would have very likely been heavily criticized for her terrible grammar while using third person speech, IF the free even bothered to acknowledge her presence and read her post, which they very likely wouldn't, because of the bad use of third person.

If she would have come in with flawless, easily read, third person speech, she might get a few comments from the free about it, and part of them would still ignore her post because it was in third person speech...

Other boards at other places would handle it differently.
Some forbid third person speech altogether, others used to forbid slaves posting in anything but third person (though I don't know of any board that currently still has that requirement).

In most current Gorean chatrooms, third person would be common or required, because they focus heavily on the role play side of things Gorean...
