No one can prove there is a movement toward a centralized world government, not with facts supplied by something other than some conspiracy theory website. The supposed "Secret Societies" behind this conspiracy have been disproved, either as nonexistent, wiped out, or actually NON-political. The Illuminati was wiped out in Bavaria where it began, by the rulers of Bavaria, not the Catholic Church as proposed in a work of fiction. The free masons take no political stand and actually was formed to promote SELF government over a monarchy, and a move away from religion. (Which is why the Catholic Church forced members out of the church for heresy.) The Bilderberg Group, Bilderberg conference, or Bilderberg Club is an annual, unofficial, invitation-only conference of approximately 140 guests, most of whom are people of influence in the fields of politics, banking, business, the military and media. The names of attendees are made available to the press. Hardly a closely guarded secret, and the fact that invitees change constantly. So there is no constant membership, except maybe the steering committee. Of Course there is the theory that the real power behind the NWO is a bunch of Lizard like aliens. What is funny is that so many people who should know better believe the fucking bullshit.

Icarys, the belief in conspiracy theories is a psychological release. It gives the believer someone or something to blame for a lack of control in their own lives. They believe that they are powerless against some hazy, imagined powers that be. The most popular theories (aside from the NWO theory) concern government had something to do with 9/11, the JFK assassination, or that the moon landing was staged in Hollywood. Other popular theories concern the central bank of the United States, and there is the minor theory that is gaining popularity that the real power behind the US Government is the Royal Family of Great Britain (Pahunk follows this one it seems.)

TO ALL COMMIE, SOCIALIST HATERS As there are more countries in the EU that have socialism(healthcare and other evil commie programs) as part of their "norm" why are so many americans so scared that socialism leads to communism or are even close to being the same thing, and WHY this obsession just since obama became pres. Now i know you have had that McCarthy chap as part of your unpleasant parts of history, but you've been allies with the French the English the Germans the Italians, Greeks, Spanish, Portuguese, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, etc etc etc for how many years? and yet most are far more liberal than america ad NOT called commies until 2008?? fifty years went by and all of a sudden you allow yourselves to be pulled into a "commie plot"?. To compare american "socialism" with cuba and south america, russia, china, north korea etc etc ad nauseam, just makes the the accuser look like an uneducated asshole.If thats how you like to be seen as, carry on. Engaging in that type of (psychological) projection leads me to believe that you are a good person. There's nothing wrong with that at all, but like most average homosapiens you hold the belief that others are like you, this is a natural thing. It's only classified as projection when it starts to stray from the realm of the reasonable. Well I am here to tell you that the world is full of bad people. People who have found their way into positons of power. They do this through money and connections to other people who are likewise motivated. Basic knowledge of the political process should make this apparent, but it doesn't for some. For example, what do you suppose they discuss at those not so secret meetings, how to make chicken soup ? They all fly across the world to be public ? They let TV cameras in there ? Hell, they could afford Skype. Not a Skype account, I mean Skype period. Why is it so hard to get recording or even minutes of the meetings ? Because someone built a better mousetrap ? Maybe they did, but in that context you and I are the mice. Basic marketing techniques can tell you that. The customer is the target. As the salesman must lead the customer to buy, likewise the powers that be must "lead" people to believe that their money and power fell out of the sky, and that they got everything they have by being philanthropic egalitarians. As such of course they always have our best interests at heart. We mice. Apparently most people who think all is well have not hung around with the "wrong" people enough. I understand greed. I believe in gravity. If I let go of a hammer in mid air, due to it's properties (that it has mass and therefore weight), I can accurately predict that it will fall towards the center of the Earth until it hits a floor or the ground. In other words, their motivations cause their actions. Once the results of those actions are seen, it is sometimes possible to determine their motivations. You might not be able to predict each and every future action they may take, but you can come close. Put the greedy in the presence of money, they want it, no less than a crack addict in the company of the "apple" of his eye. T^T

Lucy, considering that there has not been any true move toward a socialist system by the present administration, the Health Reform Bill is not a socialized program, the right wing screams are borderline on rampant paranoia. It seems funny that the US under Bush jr went to CHINA (socialist/communist country) to get money to fight two wars we cannot afford and ran our debt up. That was okay then, but socialism is wrong, unless we need something. The conservatives have selective memory. They work hard to portray anything that moves the country forward as socialist, and will deregulate to the point of allowing banks to reach a point where if they collapse from risky investments that it would collapse the economy. They care absolutely nothing for hard climate change science, instead have no problem polluting the planet to the point it will no longer support life. The work tirelessly to support the wealthy and dont give a flying fuck about the lower classes, if they did, they would have not fought for the tax break for the wealthy 2% of the country. Reaganomics cost me a good job when I got out of the army, not to mention his idea that the military was a tool of diplomacy. Funny thing is that the democrats did more for my area than the current Republican senators and congressman have ever done. I have had no one banging on my door for my guns, and I have a fairly decent collection of modern and black powder weapons, including an AK and AR and a rifle that is similar to the sniper rifle I carried in the army. I am presently saving for a Sauer and Sohn model S202 take down rifle. If I was worried about some bill that would take away my guns, I sure would not be putting a good chunk of change into a fund to buy a rifle that can be taken down or make it possible to change the caliber with a simple change of barrel and bolt.

The Mexico, US and Canadian one country one currency, is still nothing more than a wet dream for US corporations.

Hunk, what power does the UN have to enforce its resolutions? The power of military force? Economics? In truth countries ignore UN resolutions all the time. The UN does not have a standing military, and countries are ASKED to provide troops for peacekeeping operations, and the countries are free to refuse the request. quote: U.S. arrears to the UN currently total over $1.3 billion.
