Status: offline 		is it the amount of time they havein the lifestyle? Is it the postion they take with the subs and slaves they are with? It seems like everyone has their own thoughts about what a true "MASTER" "DOM" is...

What makes someone a master I respect? Years of experience combined with enough modesty to learn from anyone - even a novice.

on a serious note, discussions of "twueness" generally put people off. there is no one definition of "true" -- someone who is fake to you could be the most real thing in the world to another person. what's important is to find someone who you can really believe in, honestly.

Actually, with how the OP phrased her question, I kind of like this thread. I was originally coming here to look upon the horror before bed, but now I think I'll have to keep an eye on this one. The way it was asked leads to some interesting philosophical debate and introspection I believe. For the moment though, too tired to type out my thoughts, and have to be in to work 4 hours early for some god awful meeting...

I really don't know the answer to this question but to me if I can find someone I'm truly wanting to be with I will slowly submit to him and his needs.. I dont fully submit until I have the love and desire to submit.. I just don't do that with anyone or everyone.. I think my submitting to the man is my gift and showing him how much i love him and want to be with him... Regardless of the amount of training or the amount of knowledge he has a "DOM" or "MASTER"...

He has compassion, He is not afraid to admit his mistakes and learn by them. He is willing to and desires to learn as he knows no one person knows all there is to know about Kink and BDSM.
