I think you have yet to fully assimilate how stupid some of the people here are. No doubt there is enough of a mixture of truth to what you are saying to make what you wrote almost seem plausible, but do not permit this from keeping you from seeing the truth.

I have to agree, LaT.  It's very amusing in most cases.  With the exception of the OP believing that he has suffered to the same degree as rape victims and some of the similar nonsense.  I do find it terribly funny that anyone who claims that they are so graced by God would be calling people stupid and such.  I guess compassion is only for those who believe they are better than everyone else.  If that's the case, I'll stick with being an average chick who happens to be a person of faith.

Speaking of faith, I'll only do that for God.  Anybody else has to prove what they have to say by some kind of evidence. 


ETA - Did anybody else just catch what the title of this thread changed to on the scroll?  If that's not comedy, I don't know what is!

I generally tend to be seen as having very little compassion, or faith in most religious matters.

I must admit that I've not read all of the OP's words. I do have a fair bit of ADD, especially when it comes to a lot of self inflated blah blah blah. It ends up being a lot like the Peanuts character adults to my ears/eyes. That being said, it was the Freud comment that sucked me back in and made me laugh.

In all seriousness, I wonder at the real life, life.....of some of these sorts. The picture I get in my mind is never flattering. They cannot have healthy relationships and a productive daily life.....it just does not seem possible.

If I had to venture a guess, I would tend to think that as far as productive, I do think that there is at least an employment situation in there.  I wouldn't say if any social situations have arisen from the connection with colleagues.  Dating potential doesn't seem to be there.  He does mention going to church, but I haven't seem the OP mention friendships from that source, either.  I won't speculate on that further because I've already made My statements as to why I think this is and I think most of us have figured it out for ourselves anyway. 

I'm thinking productive enough for himself as far as the ability to meet his physical needs.  A job that pays for food, shelter, and the like.  Not exactly a contributor to the greater community farther than what might be going into the offering plate.  I haven't seen any tangible mention of service to the community.  Nothing to denote a significance to other people in the world through acts of service.  I suspect this thread has been his greatest opportunity to being social with others in any form.

And you really believe that assumption gives you even a mere glimpse at the truth?

I don't see any evidence of any special dispensation. The only attempt at establishing any sort of positive meaningful connection is a compliment on what someone is wearing in a photo.

Rather I see the expression of both qualities of evil, Ahriman and Lucifer, the self-deception and delusions of divinity of Ahriman and the piousness and arrogance of Lucifer.

Without making any sort of judgment about the man and his life I see a troubled soul within which is suffering and conflicted. Someone who is the embodiment of Hell in one person.

This is the reality of Hell, it is a lonely desolate place filled with suffering and conflict where truth and illusion are one and the same. It is a place within one's soul.

Truth is not any sort of assumption but comes after a process of embracing the illusion, accepting it, and then discovering it is false. This process of thinking is called learning.

The light is always there. It has always been there right from the first page of this thread.

Move towards the light and the conflict immediately becomes resolved.

Hell is such a lonely place.

It is kind of interesting to me, to hear someone who is zealously preaching to the masses - cite prayers to pagan goddesses, Christ, and Catholic saints. People usually pick a singular religion to be zealous about. At least he's an equal opportunity zealot.
