To get to know her a bit better compliment her in a general way on the footwear - the foot itself might be too personal and weird - and set about making other conversation. If you come across as being too interested in promoting your fetish before she knows you it's going to come across as being icky. Women don't generally like being a collection of body parts or vehicles for another's sexual fullfillment before they know that person.

Sorry, but I'd just look at you uncomprehendingly.  Shoes and boots are for protecting your feet because you want to do something useful while wearing them.  I don't see them as decor.  If you did, I'd try to be polite, but I'd probably find it rather silly.  That's not what they're *for*.

Yeah, I can do the pro dom dress-up thing when people expect it.  Fortunately some of my SCA swordfighting gear (eg, the boots in my avatar pic) crosses over nicely.  But if I'm not being paid to look a certain way, then what I wear is chosen for a better reason than looking cute.  It would actually be a bit insulting to me if someone assumed it was just a decoration.

Status: offline 		Well said my friend.. Footwear must be comfy and protect the tootsies.. If they add to your image of a\re part of your lifestyle then so much the better. I prefer to be wearing high riding boots which is both period and jolly comfy and good for my feet (according to my medical blokes). However the must be more than presentable for me. They must be spit polished at all times. (just habit and a certain amount of pride of image).  Otherwise, with pretty feet, I enjoy massaging a lady's feet (can be erotic and has led to a number in the past spending a long time in my bed after too).

i worked in a bar and a guy with a foot fetish came in, and he was pretty into me, below the ankles that is. if you get to know a person you really actually like and care about, you could then simply approach it as an offer of a foot massage or pedicure. women are generally more receptive to things from people who see them as a whole person, not just a set of feet (or tits, or ass, or whatever).

that said, i have to say sometimes being female makes things easier -- girls can go into a store together and lust over shoes all day, and no one tells us we're creepy. ^_- hahaha

As the light turned green he walked next to me and started a conversation, he asked if i would have a busy day, i did not... actually i had nowhere to go and was just wasting time until a meeting i had that afternoon... i also was hungry and had hardly any money on me... he offered me breakfast if i would let him caress my feet, i accepted
We went to his hotel.
