"We have a bunch of retards that believe bullets can do u turns, buildings can fall into themselves, and its ok to shoot and burn women and children if they do not agree with you VOTING for shits sake.  and lucky to be capable of spelling their own name in charge of policing and seeing through all the bullshit to protect ourselves from tyranny of corporate conglomerates and corrut gubmint?

Hell walk into mikey d's and ask any one what their opinion is of the fractional banking, hypothecation and monetization of everything including them.....   and watch the deer in the headlights look come over their faces. "

Then what's the point ? You expect a quantum leap into a dimension even I don't understand. Start with baby steps. Why can't the state charge me with not having insurance without my signing their license ? And at least a dozen people have beaten speeding tickets, and kept everything. How ? The state requires towns, municipalities whatever to adhere to guidlines when setting a speed limit. If you get caught doing 34 in a 25 here, and they haven't done a "proper" traffric survey that shows by state standards, that a lower limit is appropriate, it is deemed a speed trap under state law. At least here. But that is using their own rules against them. You have the ability to do that, and a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Not in Onio ? Make the charge anyway that it is a speed trap and see which way the wind blows. If Ohio's law is deemed Constitutional, then what follows ? Subsequent battles, they might produce case law, or in the case of Ohio, legislative action. This is using your opponent's force against him.

Forget all these lofty ideals of taking over, it's been tried. It ain't gonna happen.

its not about taking over, its about fixing the blatantly corrupt out of control  system.

You carve out your existence and gain peace by fucking with them so bad that they don't even want to see you, let alone put you in their jail. Feed you and clothe you while you study and formulate your appeal, or other nuisance, any nuisance possible. Do nothing but cost them energy, in whatever form, be it money or manpower, whatever.

yep presenting yourself in court does that.  it gets fun when they have to get an attorney and you only need invest some time that you would have otherwise watched some soap anyway.

Sometimes you goad them into actions that are actionable, as long as they're not too smart. You can't count on that, but it does happen. You can find civil issues that you can stick so far up their craw they'll never get it out. yep! But you can't do it with your own rules. You think if you know Robert's Rules Of Order you're a lawyer ? yeh but roberts is a good start :)  Certainly not.

I'm here to tell you that you don't know as much as you think. Understand that I am not saying you are stupid or anything of the sort. But what you write indicates to me that you have had very little experience with the statutory courts. Let me put it bluntly. When you walk in there you are not allowed to have a gun. They all have guns and plenty of little rooms for you. And it's not just that.

You can't go to their arena and play your own game, it is their game. at first It's like going to a baseball stadium and playing football. If it were your stadium they would have the problem, but since it is their stadium what do you think the situation is ? They'll call you crazy - liteerally, and send you for a MANDATORY psyche eval. yeh if you do that, that is what it will get you agreed, however no one bothers to object and ask to see the judges license to make a  pshychological eveluation LOL  I have seen it happen. It doesn't matter, the guy it happened to did eventually prevail, and we can prtobably agree that the court really wanted him declared non compos mentis so that he could not proceed pro se. go in sui juris man Regardless, after hundreds of thousands of dollars and over a year of his life, he eventually dropped the pro se stance and did what he had to do to get out because he wasn't doing a damn thing in the joint. what claim th ebonds? In a way he was lucky, because when he finally did find the right lawyer, the case records up to that point supported his appeal and subsequent exoneration for something that was clearly against statutory law. (with irrefutable evidence)
well they dont want some asshole who didnt spend 100 grand on a law degree beating them in court.  you know when you go in most judges are x prosecutors and even a blind man can see they work with the attorney in a stat court against you, hell I once had a gurl walk up to me and tell me she couldnt believe how the judge treated me, I told her this is just bullshit they always force you into appeal....and that is where you kick their ass and counter sue.

I applaud him for fighting them, me too!  tips hat! need like 3 million more of him!  Hell jp morgan alone has well over 150000 cases on the dockets they are fighting for mortages and there are shit loads of people walking away with "free houses" LOL.    but it wasn't really worth it, even though he won. We are talking about two hundred fucking grand and over a year in prison. you volunteer your way into prison you know, should have been makin a side deal in admiralty and perfected it. He thought of suing them, I said - why ? JUST BECAUSE THATS WHY!  When the bills get high enough the tax paying retards will do something about it!   Win a tort case after how many more hours and whatever, and get a check for the money he must sign without opening a bank account ? You think he can just take that check and walk o ut with a half million cash ? Not only won't it happen, it can't happen.  HUH?

I just don't know what to say to get it to sink in. The game is rigged. yes but every game has a limit to the size of the board, and it has to be taken right to that bleeding edge and then its ass kicking time. your friend was right you should have encouraged him!  I don't even know what your goal might be. The government is not going to just step down. Its not the government, its the rogue elements masquerading as government.  There is nothing wrong with government, its essential, its the fucking crooks, and because people left it get so bad they are literally all crooks now.  They will only back down in certain circumstances. MONEY You don't seem to have those circumstances. HUH? This happens rarely because they made the rules and they make the decisions. They only decide against themselves for window dressing. To be able to claim that they are fair.

Accept the small victories, until people wake up on their own.  left to their own devices that will be in which centurya again?  You can't give people an idea, they come to on their own, and that's the fact. And as fucked up as it sounds, these circumstances are a matter of nature, like it or not. By trying to upset the whole thing you are actually fighting nature. and thats nature to be stoopid...

I can be with you but I will not go with you on a suicide mission.

U.S. prison population dwarfs that of other nations By Adam Liptak Published: Wednesday, April 23, 2008 Twitter Sign In to E-Mail Print Single Page Reprints ShareCloseLinkedinDiggFacebookMixxMySpacePermalink The United States has less than 5 percent of the world's population. But it has almost a quarter of the world's prisoners. Indeed, the United States leads the world in producing prisoners, a reflection of a relatively recent and now entirely distinctive American approach to crime and punishment. Americans are locked up for crimes — from writing bad checks to using drugs — that would rarely produce prison sentences in other countries. And in particular they are kept incarcerated far longer than prisoners in other nations.Criminologists and legal scholars in other industrialized nations say they are mystified and appalled by the number and length of American prison sentences. The United States has, for instance, 2.3 million criminals behind bars, more than any other nation, according to data maintained by the International Center for Prison Studies at King's College London.China, which is four times more populous than the United States, is a distant second, with 1.6 million people in prison. (That number excludes hundreds of thousands of people held in administrative detention, most of them in China's extrajudicial system of re-education through labor, which often singles out political activists who have not committed crimes.)San Marino, with a population of about 30,000, is at the end of the long list of 218 countries compiled by the center. It has a single prisoner. The United States comes in first, too, on a more meaningful list from the prison studies center, the one ranked in order of the incarceration rates. It has 751 people in prison or jail for every 100,000 in population. (If you count only adults, one in 100 Americans is locked up.)The only other major industrialized nation that even comes close is Russia, with 627 prisoners for every 100,000 people. The others have much lower rates. England's rate is 151; Germany's is 88; and Japan's is 63.The median among all nations is about 125, roughly a sixth of the American rate.
