So, as usual, you cannot back up your claims.

Do you think for one second a state refusing to extradite a person wouldn't make national news? Maybe you should do some research in the real world, including examining what federal courts think of states violating the full faith clause of the Constitution.

I admit it. I make up everything. I don't know anyone at all, and have never been anywhere. But I am sure that if I keep it up I can eventually sell you a lemon of a used car. That's my goal.

What the courts think ? It only matters what they rule, and they don't rule unless they hear a case.

And the national news ? Gimme a break.

Do you really think a local DA with an ignored warrant legally served in Utah wouldn't take it to federal court? You are aware this has happened, not In Utah to the best of my knowldge and not as a matter of state policy, and the federal courts have been quite willing to send Marshalls to arrest and remand the suspect?
