I relocate them when they are in a place where it is an inconvenience for them to be, and when I have been at work was the official spider specialist.

I always moved them.

I do not mind spiders at all, or snakes or most creepy-crawlies but do fear venomous creatures.
Poisonous spiders are a rarity where I live.

Status: offline 		I lived out west where black widows were as common as ants.  I saw them a lot--and while I was ALWAYS very careful around them, I did sort of get used to it.  Brown recluse are equally as scary to me--I had a close encounter only once, and was thankfully wearing leather gloves or I'd be another "got bit story".  My friend was not so lucky...but she went for medical care immediately.

I am truly petrified of spiders.  I have willingly gone into a burning building.....gone 100 feet down a well tunnel just 30 inches wide in the dark....climbed up then repelled down a cliff...snorkeled into the face of 7 foot nurse shark....BUT tell me there's a spider in the room?  I'm outta there...and fast!

Bite your tongue! Spiders are cool. I have a great photo of a rather large common garden spider that made its home outside my kitchen window last summer.

Status: offline 		I would definitely care.  The insect over population would be horrible.  Besides, scorpions are arachnids.  If they were gone, what would the meerkats eat?  Meerkats are too cute to let them starve.

They are currently studying a particular form of spider venom for a potential erectile dysfunction treatment, so yes.
