This is one of those things I'm on the fence about. I do take enjoyment in it, in certain forms, but the phobia thing suggested in the original post not so much. What I do enjoy quite a lot is interrogating people. Start with a simple question, and then pull bits of information from their answer to draw out a bigger answer, repeat until you hit a wall and then build from your newly gained knowledge to find new questions. I'm quite notorious for it among people who know me - if I put my mind to it secrets tend to come out. It's one of my great pleasures in life, but also one of the ways that's easiest to break people without realizing it. It can also make you enemies if practiced in the wrong circles or with the wrong people...
