Mel Brooks does quite well using Nazi references and costumes in his movies. It's a key element of his long running play The Producers. Hate and prejudice is in your heart and mind, not in your costume. It's not something that appeals to me to the point of participation, but a consensual partner, within or with prior approval if your scene requires a club setting have at it. Unless the symbol, not exclusive to the Nazis as I'm sure you know, is an essential ingredient, maybe you'd consider the polished leather uniform look with all the trappings EXCEPT the swastika. There are all manner of custom or uniform play; nurses, school girl; the "Nazi" look, taken in the same context should be considered the same way. Unlike if you went for the "Caligula" look, there are still people alive or with relatives alive to which the "Nazi scene" would be a hard limit to watch let alone participate. As long as you are aware and sensitive to that you'll be prepared for the reactions you get. Like walking a slave through the mall in a collar at the end of a leash; some with be disgusted, some may challenge you, some will laugh, and some won't look up. When you have enough confidence not to care, you'll be ready to act upon your fantasy. But that's true with any scene.
