Well, pathetic as the disparagement is, of course the legal issue is that you cannot just go publishing someones birth certificate, it is against Hawaii state law, by example and the Attorney General of Hawaii told him so, it was in all the papers. Just like Nixons resignation proved him not guilty according to long time nutsuckers.
