Well, they will have 4 more years to get to the bottom of this starting in 2012, lets see if they can accomplish one fucking thing at all in 8 years.

Why will no one address the fact that Hawaii, as I understand it, wont issue the demanded long form?

I took a look at the Donald's certificate. Its the same one I remember my mother having for us. She gave me mine when I moved. Over the years, I lost it and had to have it replaced. NY sent me the only form it allows for me to apply for... the computer generated form, not the photostatic copy of the hospital form.

Because you understand erroneously. Several people have not only obtained a copy of their long-form Hawaii "Certificate of Live Birth" but, moreover, have posted scanned images thereof on the internet for everyone to see -- Google "Miki Booth" for just one such.

If what that spokesperson for the Hawaii Attorney General said was/is true then no Hawaii citizen who doesn't already have a photocopy of their long-form Hawaii "Certificate of Live Birth" could apply for Department of Hawaii Home Lands benefits or obtain a U.S. passport. Ridiculous, so ridiculous as to defy any/all credibility.

And what does Arizona expect him to show...

Hawaii does not issue of the long form.

Not sure what Arizona might expect him and every other candidate to show...

Hawaii does not issue a long-form "Certificate of Live Birth"? Since when?

Here is the application itself.

REQUEST FOR CERTIFIED COPY OF BIRTH RECORD

Effective October 23, 2009

As to your question of when?

Liar.

As I already told you, DHHL is concerned with details of ancestry not place of birth. As to passports his BC contains all the data needed for a pasport, parents full name was recently added and his BC has that.

mnottertail -> RE: I love Arizona (4/14/2011 11:07:20 AM)

All that is needed for passport is a certified copy of your birth certificate, and in Minnesota it is a special document, looking absolutely nothing like your 'real' birth certificate (which I have) nor the birth certificate I needed to get in the Army, but it is issued by the county and notarized by a county notary, and it is good enough for a drivers license.  I don't even know if we ever had long form birth certificates here.

In fact I am sure we didn't since there is no picture of my penis on it, and it would require the entire beau bien forest near chicago to render my penis upon the certified copy, and my long form would be longer than others in my state.

This is so damn silly as to funny.

All the birthers need to read the whole Constitution. In there you'll find this
quote:

Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state. And the Congress may by general laws prescribe the manner in which such acts, records, and proceedings shall be proved, and the effect thereof.

Which means, for the slow witted out there, that no state may refuse to accept Obama's already public BC as proof that he was born in the US.

Now, since there is no legal definition of natural born citizen common law requires that the phrase be interpreted in the commonly understood manner i.e. a person born inside the US.

Therefore Obama has already proved he is a natural born citizen and no state can deny him access to the ballot no matter what dumbass laws they pass.

Intentionally usurping the Office of the Presidency is so silly as to be funny?

All you Obots need to read Hawaii Revised Statutes, Title 2, Elections, Chapter 11. In there you'll find this:

"§11-113 Presidential ballots. … (c) All candidates for President and Vice President of the United States shall be qualified for inclusion on the general election ballot under either of the following procedures:

(1) In the case of candidates of political parties which have been qualified to place candidates on the primary and general election ballots, the appropriate official of those parties shall file a sworn application with the chief election officer not later than 4:30 p.m. on the sixtieth day prior to the general election, which shall include:

(B) A statement that each candidate is legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution;"

Obviously you are too dim witted to realize that what you quoted from the U.S. Constitution does not prevent any State from establishing procedures and criteria for a candidate's name to be printed on its own ballots. The 2008 Chairman of the Democratic Party of Hawaii did not file a sworn application with the Chief Election Officer of Hawaii not later than 4:30 on the sixtieth day prior to the general election, or at any time on any day, which included a statement that each candidate, Obama and Biden, was legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution. Therewith began the worst case of election fraud in U.S history.

New U.S. Birth Certificate Requirement

Beginning April 1, 2011, the U.S. Department of State will require the full names of the applicant’s parent(s) to be listed on all certified birth certificates to be considered as primary evidence of U.S. citizenship for all passport applicants, regardless of age. Certified birth certificates missing this information will not be acceptable as evidence of citizenship. This will not affect applications already in-process that have been submitted or accepted before the effective date.

For more information, see 22 CFR 51.42(a).

To obtain a new birth certificate, see the CDC.

In addition to this requirement, certified copies of birth certificates must also include the following information to be considered acceptable primary evidence of U.S. citizenship:

•Full name of the applicant
•Date of birth
•Place of birth
•Raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal of issuing authority
•Registrar’s signature
•The date the certificate was filed with the registrar’s office (must be within one year)

http://www.travel.state.gov/passport/passport_5401.html

Now, I looked up Ms Miki... and she offered up her sons BC. Low and behold, its not much different than Obama's. And neither appear to be signed by a registrar. Does that mean her son's bc is fake too?

And this is just icing on the cake... ir you like that sorta thing.

Recently I received a report from a contact who walked all the public areas of Kapiolani Hospital and could not find one shred of memorabilia indicating that Obama was born there.

No name, no details, just a "report". I worked in a hospital outside of Myrtle Beach. Pops can check this out if he wants. On the Labor and Delivery floor is a plague stating Vanna White was born there. No where else in the hospital is this mentioned. So many hospitals have resticted the areas to just any ole visitor. Dont know if Conway has yet or not. But just because something wasnt mentioned, does not make it a lie.

She goes on to say...

There were restricted areas where he could not go, but none of the floors, lobby, hallways and areas not restricted to visitors contain a shred of evidence that Obama has any connection to the hospital.

http://www.thepostemail.com/2011/04/07/exposing-the-birth-certificate-lies-used-to-cover-for-obama/

Could it be that this hospital also restricted access? I dont know, I dont live in Hawaii to find out. But the author who is using this as a way to support her claims doesnt go into details. Makes me wonder why.

mnottertail -> RE: I love Arizona (4/14/2011 11:25:08 AM)

We are not too dim witted to note that after your (c) is a statement of something dealing with one of two ways followed by a (1) (b)  without benefit of an (a) nor a (2) so that everyone in Hawaiin government is a fucking dimwit of supernova magnitude incapable of passing 9th grade english, or some dimwit is not quoting the constitution of hawaii in an ethical manner.

This gem also authored by a guy who pasted some fuckin section two into U.S.C. 50 which does not have sections.  I vote nutsucker fraud and lies.

Oh, Gawd.....choices, choices.......

...for fucks sake do you know what other name is popular? ADOLF!

No

Adolph meaning and name origin

Adolph \a-dol-ph, ad(o)-lph\ as a boy's name is pronounced a-DOLF. It is of Old German origin, and the meaning of Adolph is "noble, majestic wolf". The Latin form Adolphus arrived in Britain in mid-19th century, having been a German and Swedish royal name and also a saint's name. The name has become less common since the infamous Adolf Hitler and World War II. Filmmaker Adolph Zukor; French actor Adolphe Menjou; fashion designer Adolfo; beer magnate Adolph Coors.

Adolph has 13 variant forms: Ad, Addolf, Addolph, Adolf, Adolfo, Adulfus, Adollf, Adolphe, Adolpho, Adolphus, Dolf, Dolph and Dolphus.

Baby names that sound like Adolph are Udolph, Adelphe and Adelpho.

man i just hate it when im right, wait, no, i love it
:)

You are wrong. It is not a popular name, and has not been for quite some time now.

I predicted this, of course. God I hope the Az House passes this damned thing so we can finally get a case into court...Birther Nation

WND is reporting that the Az House passed this bill last night, meaning it needs only the signature of Gov. Jan Brewer. Given the way that 0bama0 has all but declared war on Az (including providing Barret .50s for the drug cartels snipers currently in place on Az mountaintops), what are the odds she'll do so.

Some of 0bama0s chickens, both policy-wise and interpersonal-relationships-wise (see: hectoring SCOTUS), are coming home to roost.

No, he quite clearly isn't.

See the difference?

Since that process is how candidates get on the ballot that is exactly what he is claiming. Since Obama was on the ballot he is quite clearly repeating a lie.
