Status: offline 		I have talked to a couple of sub. Their definition of humiliation is quite different. Any sub cares to share what counts for humiliation for you? Wild and gentle are all welcomed.

Status: offline 		I don't have any examples.  What is humiliation for one person is nothing to the next.  Humiliation is a very personalized response.

I guess my topic was slightly different. It was meant to ask what is humiliation to each sub. I am proud to say I am an ever learning dom. So, I want to see what each sub thinks.

Status: offline 		Master once ordered me to lick the bathroom floor clean and that was humiliating for about 30 seconds. I have to say I get over the feeling of humiliation fairly quickly in most instances once my mind is occupied with carrying out whatever it was that made me feel that way to begin with. However, anything having to do with bodily functions (such as peeing on command for example) makes me blush, stammer, hesitate and feel utterly humiliated throughout the whole process and for a while afterward.

Status: offline 		i cannot think of somthing that i would really call humiliating. i have been ordered to do various things publicly and privately but was always following instructions so was eager to please rather than feel humiliated. After many things i have done publicly, i am still very "pee shy" so i guess if i had to urinate publicly and could not, that would be humiliating

Status: offline 		Interesting, so far we have pee related humiliation mostly. It'd be nice to hear from some who find "smaller" things humiliating. Simple things such as going to public without a bra or panties (clothed).

Wear scruffy jeans, a simple t-shirts, flat shoes and NO MAKE-UP!!  And on date night!

On humiliation, my rationale has always been by whose definition are you concerned about. I do all kinds of things to my girl that ignorant outsiders might see as humiliating to her, IF they could see at all.

But from my perspective, I'd never do anything intenionally meant to harm (humiliate) her spirit or self-worth and certainly not in front of even an audience of just one. And even in private, since I value all my property, I don't piss on it, either. But each to their own....

Personally, I've always felt that anyone who feels a need to overtly humiliate or put down their partner...., well they have personal issues requiring professional help. Just my opinion.

Status: offline 		The acts are not really the focus but instead the reaction inside of me. For me going without a bra is not humiliating ... mostly because i never wear a bra lol. It really is subjective. There is definite element of humiliation when he spits in my face and calls me pathetic. Or when he calls me bitch in front of his friends and then tempers it with a kiss.

But another thread just gave such a perfect example of something I'd find humiliating that I couldn't pass it up. The guy in the thread is obviously into humiliation play and I think he's awesome at it.

i do not think that thread is a good example of humiliation...
i do not know if the bloke in that thread is into humiliation at all, but in my opinion none of the responses to him were humiliating to him

on that thread i saw a young cocky bloke poking some fun at old fatties and a whole bunch of people feeling so stepped on their toes that they try to humiliate him

what did you see?

Status: offline 		There is very little I find actually humiliating. Most of the things that people would think are humiliating are in fact turn ons for me. There are somethings I find embarrassing and that make me blush (peeing on Hannah for example, but not the reverse), but not humiliating.

I guess the only thing I find really humiliating is having to admit to myself that not only do I want to submit to Hannah, but that I feel I need to, that I can't seem to help myself. I hope that makes sense.
