On the other hand Tazzy, what better fun for some 16 year old high school students to think this up as a prank. And have one call in with the "spring spheroids" story. Especially since they would be ovoids, I believe.

The issue is when supposed legit news orgs. or fake ones like fox pick up a story and fan it.Usually the story fits an agenda being pushed by the re-reporter, looking to trick people a bit.

It`s up to the rest of us to separate the "wheat from the chaff",if I could borrow a phrase and put the chaff in the compost pile where it belongs.

You mean, beside the history of the Soviet Union, the history of Communist China, of North Korea, of Cuba, and of Vietnam?

Other than the article this thread is based upon, and the visceral hatred leftists here on this thread have shown towards myself for merely raising the issue?

Apart from the heated contempt that is evidenced towards those whose beliefs differ from leftists at large, such as GW Bush, Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich, etc?
