If your an ACTUAL lawyer, you might have heard of this document called....The US Constitution. Within that document there are twenty-seven amendments. The 14th....

No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
Now I know this is hard for you, Mr. Pseudo-Lawyer, but Federal Law TRUMPS (pun not intended) State Law on the concept of citizenship. Also, if he was dual citizenship to Kenya, why don't you show the EVIDENCE. You do know as a 'lawyer', that when making an arguement (like you just did), that you must present evidence, BEYOND, a shadow of doubt that shows your correct?

Dude, he's been playing by the rules ever since he got elected! I believe a constutitional lawyer (that would be a lawyer ACTUALLY studies the US Constitution) would have a pretty good defination on the powers of the president. Including knowing where the grey area boundies are located.
Mr. Obama has never taken the road that he is 'holier then thou'. You might find a few candidates in the GOP tent that fit that discription much better (i.e. Huckbee).

I suppose no one in the GOP has EVER played dirty towards ANY Democrat SINCE the forming of the United States. Like for example....Newt Gingrich and the GOP towards President Bill Clinton?
Likewise, the GOP has always been 'for' less rules, regulations, and laws. This would have allowed Mr. Obama at the time, an even EASIER time of doing what he did to his opponent. I usually find it amusing when Republicans do this and it comes to 'bite them in the ass' later.

What does Sen. John McCain have to do with your entire arguement? Why haven't all the elected GOP'er posted their birth certificates online? Why hasn't Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and others posted their birth certificates online? Do we know if any of them are truely America? No, we assume it cus they are all WHITE....
Last I checked congressional hearings cost much in the way of taxpayer money. Would you rather spend money on a silly 'discussion' regarding a President's birth, or developing innovating industries that will produce JOBS?

When it comes to petty name calling, conservatives hold the grand majority of guilt for the last decade.
When I was an child, I visited the actual location of the Boston Tea Party. I know alot more of it then perhaps 95% of Tea Party members. But is based on the understanding that most Tea Party members fail at US History (particularly within the last ten years). Years ago, actual conservatives (i.e, William F. Buckley) would more likely side with Democrats then associate themselves with the pseudo-conservatives of today. But that was back when conservatives were respectable and had credibility.
Finally, Mrs Palin does it to herself almost every week, to be portrayed as a dumb fuck on a national level.
She is only out done by Sen. Michellege Bachmann on knowledge of colonial America. Heck, her husband hates the country enough to secede Alaska from the lower 49.

I believe that cost is associated with being 'dragged' in to numerous court battles in which the judge would later throw out the case due to 'lack of evidence' and 'wasting the court's time'. Going to Court cost money, most particularly federal court. But you would know that, being a 'lawyer', right?
Likewise, are you trying to state that Mr. Obama can not spend his money as he wishs?
No sane person would elect Sen. Michelle Backmann to a second term, given her past rantings, right? ...RIGHT?
Since your not a lawyer, I will take the educated guess your not a professional in the mental health field EITHER. Likewise, a lawyer would understand what is considered legally insane and just plain weird. You, don't even know that much either.
If your an actual lawyer, I feel sorry for anyone you take as a client.
