None. I never like movies made from books. The books are always better and the characters never look the way they look in my mind.

Maybe The Butcher by Aline Reyes could be made into a high quality art film perhaps with some hardcore content as it is so important to the book

I wouldn't mind seeing Christopher Nolan take a crack at Neuromancer

The movies based on Stephen King books have been somewhat mediocre and lose so much (except for Carrie, which followed the book quite closely). The miniseries that have been done of his books have been quite good. Stephen King himself has said how he prefers the miniseries to movies because it allows him to maintain the detail that is in the book because there is so much time.

Sunshine, they actually are going to do the Dark Tower series. There will be a movie and a miniseries. Javier Bardem (No Country for Old Men) has been tapped to play Roland, which doesn't thrill me. I have always thought of Roland has having a much more ruggedly handsome appearance. Clint Eastwood type.

I'm not sure why you are telling me this, but that's cool... oh wait. Is that JAVIER BARDEM. oh golly, just slap me silly and call me Charlie. Did you see him in The Dancer Upstairs... oh ... So. Good.

Who could pull off Jamie Fraser? Hmmm... I"m gonna think about that. yes... I'm definitely going to think about that. Oh... well... Let's see.. hmmm... Maybe the crazy guy from Braveheart movie - he filled out nicely. Or... the dude who played Suffolk in The Tudors. Henry Cavill Oooo... He could, I think. Maybe Vincent Perez.

yes, I think I will go with hot European actors for a thousand, Alex.

Oh, yes, this definitely deserves a lot of thought. yes, much THOUGHT. thinking about... *purrrrrrrr... hmmmm... just thinking.

I'm a huge fan of Harlan Coben and would love to see Myron Bolitar and his sidekick Win brought to the screen. (Or is Myron the sidekick? Hard to say with those two, to know Win is to be less than him.)

Another fun thing to ponder, who would play Myron? And who, oh who, would play Win?

I LOVE Harlan Coben!!

the Pern books.. I'd be hard pressed to decide WHICH of them I'd like to see turned into a film.

I think that several more of the Alex Cross books should be Movied.

And the Maximum Ride books should be movied, too
