I showed 7 in a 2 year period. As the embargo went on for decades, I'd say there were a few others wouldn't you? Just because you don't see something right in front of your nose doesn't mean it doesn't exist. You ask if they were prosecuted. Sorry, I have better things to do than to go to Norfolk and look up the ship's logs but as the law of the US equated slavers with pirates, there is a good chance they were summarily executed and the ships were taken as prizes as was done in those days.
