What about his name should give us a clue that he is supposedly a "fraud"? Is it because he is Japanese?

No, because its anglicized version ties so nicely to his nonsense that emotions can affect crystalization patterns.

Seriously? You think that the name he uses is a plot to further some emotion-filled agenda? Seriously? Please provide a source for that.

A source? For a fraud's methods? LMAO. He wouldnt be a very convincing fraud if he told everyone would he?

Very simple. ONE double blind study is all it would take. But if he ever agreed to one, and it inevitably failed, he would roll out "Oh, scientific methods interfere with the process". Very convenient.

Same shit charlatans have been pulling for centuries. Would I be surprised if you fall for it? Not in the least.

ROFL. A study by "Emoto" himself and a parapsychology "lab", without outside observers, and published in a "Scientific Journal" that started as a UFO rag. Very convincing. And its results related to aesthetics arent even statistically significant!

Kirata, I sincerely hope you havent fallen for this shit.

Perhaps you should search more before you give up in the validity of Dr. Masaru's work

I am not one to need scientific proof in order to validate something or other. Peeps who give arat's ass that way can bother but honestly this is not how I base my opinions about things. If anything I am with Emoto here Emoto himself thoroughly believes in his findings but does not value the scientific method or community. .

I make up my own mind and change it as I see fit.

I noticed how you did not provide any links to back up your claim that Mr Emoto changed his name to fit his theories

It smacks of racism that you insult the way his name is spelled in English, and frankly, it is just bizarre

Effects of Distant Intention on Water Crystal Formation: A Triple-Blind Replication

Buried deep in this document is the authors admission that there was no positive result. He tried really really hard to hide it. Got to give him credit for obfuscating so well.

Kirata, I sincerely hope you havent fallen for this shit.

I post a link to a study that produced only equivocal results that offered no robust support for Emoto's claims, and you hope I haven't "fallen for this shit"?

You need to find a girl named Willbeurbrain.

You posted a link without comment in response to one asking for scientific evidence in support of his nonsense, so yes I HOPED you didnt, and you have only now confirmed you havent. From your post one couldnt tell whether you even read the study, much less understood how much equivication it contains. In fact your silence would make one believe you did find it supportive.

You need to find a girl named teachmeaboutcommunication.

What exactly am I making up? Here is what your link responded to. What part of that don't you understand to be asking for scientific evidence?

I want you to focus very carefully on my post. Ready?

Okay. Now I want you to observe the "~ FR ~" at the top. See it?

Good. Now ask Willbeurbrain what it means.
