I was wondering the same thing sensualips! I did not want to take her motivation to be attention getting, as another poster pointed out, and instead thought she was very naive, but I wondered why she is talking to doms when she is supposedly collared.

I also wondered why she would post this question in the "Ask A Master" forum and not ask her own Master this question, unless it is because he doesn't know about her little chats?

I would venture to say that whether vanilla, swinger or BDSM lifestyler...rude, unthinking and self serving responses to a profile are part of the society at large. Since I preview My own slaves mail, I'm often appalled at the lack of thought and outright vulgarity which is offered as an "intro" letter (as well as the total lack of reading skills).
There's no reasonable excuse and as others have pointed out...the block button is there for a reason. I would only ask that you don't judge all by the actions of the challenged.

I occasionally receive email from people who have obviously not read my profile. I just assume they are not familiar with the site, politely direct them to my profile, and explain how things work. A little education goes a long way... perhaps they will read my profile and refer a friend to me.
I have had several wonderful conversations with people who inadvertantly contacted me, so I never just blow them off. There are lots of nice people out there!
If someone is rude or totally inappropriate, I just hit delete and add them to my blocked list.
Problem solved.
