Sorry Phil, but you don't know what being stalked is until you've really been stalked.  I've been stocked online, my yahoo account was hacked, I was bombed with PMs to freeze my computer, my files were hacked, so was my PC and I was bombarded with viruses, trojans and worms. 

Personally stalked by an ex and his new g/f and 2 others, I spent 2 months sitting in the dark, terrified to watch TV or listen to the radio, wouldn't turn on lights at night and hid my car.  I refused to park in my space and took to hiding it at the grocery store next door, various back streets and office buildings near to where I lived.  I left my apartment only when needed and then was scared of who I'd find waiting for me in the underground garage, the stairwell and on my floor since I was right next to the exit staircase.  No elevator, just a buzzer system that didn't allow you to identify who was coming, other tenants letting anyone in without knowing who it was.  I was also threatened personally with physical injury at various times and had to involve the police on 3 different occasions.  THAT'S being stalked. 

Not someone asking for you g/f to provide an anonymous voice recording.  You (and by extension) she were not asked to meet someone in person or providing your phone # or address or any other personal information.  No bank, credit card, SSN or anything else that would today be considered real personal info.  That's not being stalked or "weird and creepy".  From someone who's been there, had that done to me.

Nah. Pretty standard internet procedure - if someone's claiming either to be female or to be associated with a woman, you ask for a voice recording stating their username, and maybe the date or something. I've got one on my profile. She's not asking for intimate details, she's asking someone that you claim is sitting by you reading your posts to take a minute out of their life to pop in and say hello.

Oh would that be me then? You know since you BRAGGED several times that your vanilla girlfriend knows all about you posting here, sits next to you and watches you post, I thought it would be prudent to actually verify that you DO indeed have a gf, now the chat or the voice recording would be completely anonymous, or do you think somebody could be outed or identified by a voice... I didn't ask for verification of your other exaggerated claims...

Why do you have such a problem with recording the voice of your gf, stating she sits with you and reads your posts on CollarMe and you are only playing at BDSM and she dommes you if you request it? It would be an easy way to show you are not bullshitting, which is frankly something we all suspect you to do...

Are you making this big deal out of it (mind you, you kept mentioning the gf, we didn't bring her up, you did) because she might not exist?

No, this happened years ago.  I just suffer from insomnia, it has nothing to do with personal problems, it's a  medical conditon.  What I share online is nothing I'm ashamed of or worried about knowing, it usually answers serious questions where I think I can be of some help and make a person see that they're not the only one going through it.
