If he didn't report it on the disclosure, how do we know he reported it on his taxes? You know, at work we have Ethics policies, which aren't Laws either. And know what happens if I violate them, by perhaps failing to disclose investments covered under the Associate Investment Monitoring program? I get fired. That's because we care about the reputation of our bank, and even the appearance of impropriety is not tolerated! Now, which should be more observant to their ethics policies? A national bank, or the US Supreme Court? That's a trick question, btw. You either ARE in compliance, or you ARE NOT in compliance. And you know, HE KNEW she had non-investment income. He LIED that she didn't. Period. End of story.
