One of my favorite childhood memories is sitting down on Saturday mornings with my dad and watching Bugs Bunny and the Roadrunner. His fave is Wile E. Coyote. What made is special was he'd be on leave from the Navy for the weekend, so it wasn't something that happened every Saturday. And I loved all the Hanna Barbera cartoons, they were a staple when I was growing up. Some of them were on after school, too. I don't know, Saturday mornings have lost their magic since everything started being so stupidly educational, or has to have some sort of positive message. Hell, alot of what's on now isn't even a CARTOON!
