I know it was a leap year, because it is divisible by two, twice. I didnt even need a calulator.

A year will be a leap year if it is divisible by 4 but not by 100. If a year is divisible by 4 and by 100, it is not a leap year unless it is also divisible by 400.

Im just wanting someone to explain to me why negotiated settlement is ok with the Taliban, but not with Libya. In Obamas view Ghadaffi is worse than the Taliban..... Why?

'Somepne' who is deemed a conservative would have been pretty straight Fs in school, and wouldn't have thought that the school administration should be burdened with having to do anything at all for the students except increase the superintendents bonusus.

That is your spin. There are diplomatic negotiations with Khaddafi with many countries, us and including his own opposition. We are awaiting his counter proposals on how he is going to step down.
