If somebody wouldn't because they didn't like doing it, I could accept that (still probably wouldn't get into a relationship with her, though) But if she wouldn't do it because she felt it diminished her status as a Dominant, I'd be tempted to tell her to relax, because she had no such status in my eyes anyway.

I thought a big part of being a Dominant was to do what you like doing, and not worrying about what others think about it.

There's nothing in the yet-to-be-written "Dummies for Dominants" that says you can't please your submissive.  Her happiness is just as important as yours.  There's also nothing to say it has to be a strict relationship with very little communication, honesty, truth or trust.  If that isn't there, then the relationship won't last very long.  As a sub, I need to be able to express myself verbally and not be frightened about showing my emotions.  Therefore, I need an understanding man who'll listen to me carefully, let me express my opinions without fear of retribution, care for me and love me for the best me I can be.
