I firmly believe that the 1st Amendment protects Alex Jones' free speech, but I think that he is a terrorist in that he spreads lies and disinfo to move people into paranoia. Thats the beauty of freedom and free speech me myself Havn't had telly in my home for over 5years and counting left and right both use the fear and paranoia prop! me I'm independent do my own research draw my own conclusion besides that the Guy You speak of is TOO Damn Loud Cheers!

That the first 10 articles of amendment were not intended to limit the powers of the state governments in respect to their own people, but to operate on the national government alone, was decided more than a half century ago, and that decision has been steadily adhered to since. ~Ex parte Spies and others. Rachel Maddow is a pundit, not a journalist... I do not believe everything she says. I DO respect her willingness to correct herself when she is wrong. It makes her more credible in my eyes. I seek to aspire to be like that. I would rather say "Hey, I am wrong" than spout lies and never correct myself It does not mean she cannot be questioned, in fact it shows her willingness to be questioned.
