This is what happens when you have rabid people in elected office..... it kinda shows you that some on the right that post here are cut from the same cloth.

Out of line defending himself outside of the House against lies and attacks that broke House rules? Yeah, sure he was.

The three most rabid people in elected office in recent memory are Alan Grayson, Anthony Wiener and DW Schultz..all Dems.

Its so nice to know that your able to look 'reality' in the eye and completely ignore anything none blue when discussing 'rabid people in Congress'. Anthony Wiener shows off his atheltic chest, and conservatives call for his resignation. Michelle Bachmann, gives two 'back-to-back speechs, and says to a gathering in NEW HAMPSHIRE, that they are in the state that the 'shot heard around the world' came from. Not only did Republicans not call for her resignation for being an idiot (and hiring staff that are equally stupid), but are wanting her to run for an even HIGHER office.

'Crazy' seems to be a commodity that the Republican Party holds a monopoly over. Thought I'm thinking its not really a commodity so much as its a 'toxic asset'.

Precisely which House rule was broken?

Joether, Anthony Weiner didn't resign for showing off his chest. It was for showing his weiner and not just once but several times.

Look at me, quoting from Hannity!

REP. DEBBIE WASSERMAN SCHULTZ, D-FLA.:
Incredulously, the gentlemen from Florida who represents thousands of Medicare beneficiaries, as do I, is supportive of this plan that would increase costs for Medicare beneficiaries, unbelievable from a member from South Florida.

Colonel West, he did not take that sitting down. And an e-mail message to Wasserman Schultz, he wrote, quote, "You are the most vile, unprofessional and despicable member of the U.S. House of Representatives. You have proven repeatedly that you are not a lady, therefore shall not be afforded due respect from me."
Read more: http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/hannity/2011/07/21/cut-cap-and-balance-debate-gets-personal-house-representatives#ixzz1Spvh6R5z

Fox truncated the email, so here is the whole thing from HuffPost:

The subject line of the email: "Unprofessional and Inappropriate Sophomoric Behavior from Wasserman Schultz." The email said: "Look, Debbie, I understand that after I departed the House floor you directed your floor speech comments directly towards me. Let me make myself perfectly clear, you want a personal fight, I am happy to oblige. You are the most vile, unprofessional and despicable member of the US House of Representatives. If you have something to say to me, stop being a coward and say it to my face, otherwise, shut the heck up."

[Rep. Gwen Moore of Wisconsin] said that such attacks are often made against women who seem strong and knowledgeable. "There's always someone who will rebuke them (the women) for not being a lady," Moore said.

Maybe if he had been at work he wouldn't have missed her comment...

Frankly we need more Congressmen like West and Joe Wilson who call it like it is... The time for "civility" is long past, thanks to Mr Obama.

It did indeed all start with usurper Obama, aka Soetoro aka Soebarkah....."They [Republicans] are welcome to come along for the ride, but they are going to have to sit in the back [of the bus]." -- usurper Obama/Soetoro/Soebarkah

Oh, okay. You know I'm kind of glad I'll never run for President. People who hate me would never just call me by my name. They'd make a big show out of using every nickname I've ever had, and do a little slashy of my maiden name with my married name as if having changed my name due to familial status proved some sort of nefarious intent on my part.

Ursurper? That's funny, I don't recall Obama charging into the White House with an armed mob. I seem to recall an election. It is also bullshit that incivility in Congress is something new... it has been going on since the republic was founded. There have even been physical altercations.

Define civility. What does it mean? I can tell you what the left thinks civility means. NO CRITICISM of socialism, Dear Leader, or their minions. Insults and lies toward conservatives, even vulgar threats to conservatives are a-ok. THAT is "civility" from the left. I don't want civility. This should be contentious. I don't want people agreeing. This is not how our system works, never has, never will. So for the left, just try to control your people... And see you in November 2012 when we have regime change!
