I'll be the first to agree with you that there are a bunch of horny bottoms here who are only looking to get their rocks off. At the same time, there are also some damn good submissive men. Gender has less to do with it than personality type. I doubt you'd have said the same thing about submissive women.
For some people, this really is sexually based, which is absolutely fine. They should attempt to match with those for whom it is also sexually based. For others, it's more about control, authority, service, or a hundred other things. Just like any other group, all people who are kinky are not the same.
