Submission has nothing to do with whether or not my balls are full.
I am a switch and know both sides well from a lot of personal experience.
Sperm count or even erection need not have a connection to male arousal. Both genders have a lot of the same nerve endings around their bodies. An open minded man may learn to have whole body multiple orgasms just as some women do, if he is taught to do so. Likely he'll need to be bound the first few times. This need not involve any stimulation of cock or balls at all.
Ask a post-op TS (if you know one) who has gone from male to female surgically. It may be a big surprise when it first happens, but multiples can be great for anyone. It is awesome to open someone's eyes to pleasures beyond their dreams!
Both erection and ejaculation can be made to happen to a guy as torture by a skillful sadist. In these cases it does not matter if he gets hard or if he spurts, often none of this will be at all pleasureable for him unless he is a heavy masochist.
We men learn very young to connect erection to arousal and ejaculation to orgasm, so unless we fall into the right person's power we may never even come close to realizing the erotic potential of our own bodies.
Years ago women often had similar lack of knowledge, and a few still do, but MUCH information is available to them about the mysteries of their bodies.
I find the whole concept of delaying or denying orgasm to men or women in an attempt to "intensify" their experience to be misguided.
If I make a sub hold back and resist orgasm, I am actually teaching them an aversion to orgasm. If I enjoy that, cool. If it turns me on as a dom, great! If it turns my Goddess on when I am the sub, wonderful.
But if the sub is "made" to have as many orgasms as they can as fast, as often and as long as they can, usually this is an incredibly beautiful experience for me as sub or as dom.
A male sub going to sleep because he was allowed to spurt means his dominant is letting him do this. LOTS of things can get his attention if this is not what you want.
