no I do not purposly go out and eat it knowing it makes me sick. This is the first time I got sick eating it. I do not make habits of wasting good money on foods that will just make me sick. As for taking Mylanta, since other heart burn acid indigestion or sour stomach medications don't work, and Mylanta does even though it unfortunatly started the belching back up and made me feel like puking for a while there, it's all we had that would work. It just sucks bigballs and not the sexy ones. I get heart burn and Acid reflux irregardless of what I did or did not eat. I had it for four days in a row once, and had not had junky, or sugary foods. I don't drink soda or other fizzy drinks, litterally the only thing I drink is bottled water, or crystal light , thats a once a couple of days thing, and next to never any more drink ice tea made from Lipton cold brew tea bags. As another treat that doesn't happen often I get minute maid light lemonade, which does not give me any problems, and I know this because I don't get heart burn or indigestion on the days I did drink it. I woke up out of a dead sleep puking what I assume from how awful it tasted, smelled, and burnt my throat was bile or acid. The pressure was more like someone had inflated a balloon inside me and I could belch just fine, but I needed that one big breeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep belch that comes out an you can feel the "balloon" shrink with the long rattling belch.quote:
ORIGINAL: LadyConstanze Not being offensive here, but you have skin problems and what you eat effects your skin A LOT, you do know that KFC upsets your digestion and you eat it, then you take meds that makes it worse, wouldn't it be a better idea to not not eat something that is quite bad for you in the first place? I have terrible problems with some kinds of dairy products, so I tend to avoid them, I can skip the ice-cream or have the runs for the rest of the day... From what you said you encountered, seems like the food was too fat and your gall bladder let you know, apart from the belches, were you feeling bloated, tummy extended, cramps? I'd avoid everything that has to do with cabbage (even broccoli) and drink herbal teas, no carbonated drinks, dry bread for a while and yoghurt, give it a chance to settle down and don't put junk food into your body.
