I'm not backing out on anything. I'm also not letting you twist words into something they're not. Your exact quote was "but for some it has everything to do with race" which also means, sometimes it's all about race. Now if you want your words clarified they were in response to someone saying not liking Obama had nothing to do with race, which was in response to Owner's.. I don't even know what to call it... phonetic interpretation of Munk? Maybe? Which anywhere else would be considered racist.. but that's beside the point isn't it? Into that bandwagon is where I replied to you saying Obama's biggest problem was the same thing that afflicted bush. They both paid/pay too much attention to the fringes, and both sides have freaks running around creating asinine defenses over things that shouldn't be defended. You want your specific point heard. It's heard taz. It's also not the topic until you make it so, until you twist and turn and squirm 14 ways around a subject to try and prove it must be true. I stand by what I said. It's because you can't debate the argument and have to find ground where you feel comfortable. I understand that. But I have nothing to back away from, nor do I intend to. You attributed to all liberals that we continuously play the race card. Something I have not done. You then tried to assert that I had played that card, when, in fact, I merely spoke of a truth you later, reluctantly, agreed too. I have noticed that when conservatives are all painted with the same brush, they go nuts. Clean your own brushes and we wont have this problem again.
