Tough question? I'd say Romney or Perry, but my gut says they will go with Romney as he is next in line. Hard to handicap.

Obama is a lock against this current set of Rep doucheholes. Romney might be the only one possible to give him a run. Wilbur has never ever been right, so Obama has to be a lock for four more years.

And those (whoever they are) that say it is unconstitutional are only slightly better than that. It isnt unconstitutional or there would be no war powers act. It is being followed or there would be an impeachment. It was US Grant (AND Lincoln) who said pretty fundamentally that: The best way to change a bad law is to follow it exactly. It is being followed exactly. It is bad law in my opinion, but that is another thread.

In 2010 I think I was off by 1 Senate seat and the House wound up pretty much in the middle of my range.
