Someone takes their car and intentionally runs over 10 people and kills them = murder 1

Because before the hate crime enhancement they would have been charged with joy riding or failure to yield.


If guilty he should get a needle in his arm like any one else. Well....sort of.....I'm more in favor of something less humane such as hanging of electrocution.

Not sure where you live but in my country "cruel and unusual punishment is against the law.
Now if you do not like the law you must be aware that there are ways of changing it.

  If some black guy murders my sister I won't give a rats ass if he did it because he hates white people or he wanted to steal her money.  I want his balls tied to a string and have him dropped from a distance of no less than 10 feet. The same thing goes for a white guy, whatever the motive.

Perhaps you might be happier living in one of the islamic countries where that sort of thing is permitted.
