I had found two good reasons to "hate" master stoney!

1st > i m  overweight, not proud of it but proud of this: i speak 4 Languages, i m loved, im worshipped, i got a lot of friends

As you must have read in another thread (maybe) I prefer being a overweight smart ass then a skinny dumb ass. Guys you should stop reading "girls magazine" or books like FHM, playboy , etc: Most ofYou will Never ever have  a girl like:kate moss (you could rip her in two just with a bad movement with your whp).

I am as I am and if you dont like what you see, dont buy it. If you can t Stand the view of my "chubbiness",  shut away yourself in your house!

2 nd ) I  "Hate people who can't write correctly 2 sentences" excepted if its  not in your mother tongue!!!  But i dont claim that everywhere, Did I?

I agree with no processed foods, but this diet plan is not healthful.  Your body needs protein and dairy, as well as fruit, grains and vegetables.  The reason people in this country are overweight is because portions are out of control.  But you need 3 servings of dairy or protein every day.  The key is doing this in moderation, and drinking at least 64 ounces of water every single day.  I never drank water, and I'm really seeing a difference this past week since I started making myself do it.
 
I started on Nutrisystem a week ago, and it's completely changed the way I eat, and the way I look at food.  I never ate dairy before, unless it was ice cream.  Now I have a glass of 1% milk with breakfast and an ounce of cheese with lunch every day.  I'm also required to add protein to the plan, so I have a hard boiled egg or an ounce of lean meat and a piece of fruit for an afternoon snack.  With dinner, I have fresh vegetables, salad, a slice of whole grain bread, and the Nutrisystem dinner entree.  With that much food, I never feel hungry, and my calorie consumption is between 1300 and 1500 a day.
 
Since last Sunday, I've lost 8.5 lb.  And that's without working out.

Evanesce, I just got off that Nutrisystem diet two days ago!
What's with all the water drinking?
I just figured I'd try that diet cause I saw it advertised on TV. (It's a little expensive but it works!)
True, the portions are smaller and I didn't feel as bloated.
And I went from 233 to 227 in a month. I did "cheat" a bit though. I had a bagel with olive oil or jelly on it with the meals and I still have a bunch of those scrambled eggs things because I mostly just drink coffee for breakfast.
And I didn't work out at the gym while I was on it just to see how much I'd lose and I did lose 6 pounds!
That's a pretty good amount of weight to lose every month and not too unhealthy either.
The rest I'm going to lose by going to the gym 3 days a week and working out like a monster.
My heart rate is getting lower now while I'm on the treadmill doing the same amount of excercise so that means the heart is getting stronger too.

LOL!  The water is to keep you hydrated and prevent water retention.  It also flushes out a lot of toxins.  It does work, though, and it works VERY well if you stay with the program the way it's laid out - which means eating what they tell you to eat throughout the day.  I was never a breakfast eater, either, but now it's my highest calorie meal of the day, and I don't feel tired in the mornings any more.
 
It is a little more expensive than buying regular groceries, but not by much.  It cost me $289 for 5 weeks' worth of meals and desserts, and I spend about $35 more per week at the grocery store for bread, milk, sugar-free jello, protein foods, fruits and vegetables.  That puts it at under $100 a week for really healthy eating.  I figure I'm worth $100 a week.

I play with overweight subs all the time. I have no problem. Especially since most of them have fatter asses for me to abuse.

I am curious about a few things myself. Like why are you so concerned about the overweight sub, but neglect to mention overweight Doms. Aren't you concerned with their health as well? And why do you think this is a lifestyle issue? Look around you, there are overweight people in all walks of life.

The main thing I don't understand is why you would brag because your master hates fat people.This is not something to be proud of. It shows him to be shallow and petty. Not something I would admit to anyone.

Bottom line is this....if your unhappy with your body, then change it. Don't assume everyone else is.

Oveweight subs, overweight Doms, overweight this or that....thread after thread continues ad nauseum on this same topic. People say they are tired of these threads, yet they are started and then resurrected.

Why?? Who does it help? I wonder if you all knew how much these kinds of threads hurts people. There are so many nasty comments and worse than that, there are so many fake touchy-feely comments, such as "it's what inside that counts" or "a sub's heart is what is submissive, not her outside".

These comments may be true in theory, but not in practice. For if this were all true, then there would never be a thread discussing, condemning, or berating overweight people.

Face it, our society has decided that the last politically correct thing you can make fun of is FAT. End of story.  The judgements and hatred of overweight people are truly shocking. It is as if fat equated evil.

The internet has furthered this cause and allowed assholes to make comments about weight to virtual strangers.  There are so many insecure and nasty people who feel better bashing on fat, they have an outlet now to spew their hatred online.

Try opening up your email box and getting unsolicited comments about your weight and see if I am wrong.  The sad thing is that none of these people who send nasty emails (and then block you from responding) would ever have the balls to walk up to you in person and say any of the filth they send.

No one understands the concept of empathy.

I actually like that these threads started up or resurfaced. The more people post on them  The more I see their true colors come out. people whom I thought were pretty non judgmental decent people  I have changed my mind about  and glad I've never meet.

Ive got 4 pipsqueaks, and am also 'fairly' sedentary. Up until recently I was over my recommended weight, and decided to try and lose it .

My reasons were thus: I needed to be able to catch said pipsqueaks at the park, because the littlest can run quite fast. I wanted to do it for me, because after the last 2, i never lost what I gained while pregnant, and last I have bad joints (achey achey) and the extra weight didnt help them any. I went on atkins for about 3 months or son and managed to drop into my recommended range. Now I am eating somewhat normally again, just restricting the amts of super-refined stuff I take in. Ill never be the weight I was in Highschool, but then I have hips and other curvies now that I didnt then, and gollee, I kinda like'm.

The key, I think is, that you have to be comfortable in your own skin. If you want to change it, then it will work. If its solely for someone else- you'll have a tougher go at it. And as a society, Americans tend to be more overweight than not. Ignore the bodies of the sticks they put on magazines and Paris runways, those women devote their lives to maintaining that image. Id rather cuddle with something that had some cushioning on it anyways. [sm=kiss.gif]

I have GHD, which causes me to have a little but more padding, and I love rich foods...which causes me to have a little bit more. I LOVE IT.  I love my big boobs, and dimply thighs, my plump cheeks, and the slight poof around my waist. It is sexxi.. and anyone who has been with me, and will be with me in the future will have to accept me for who I am and what I am.

I think you resent yourself because you don't like your body, and when you see people that are happy with their bodies and themselves it makes you even more resentful because you can't be satisfied.

I don't think your dom is helping by encouraging you to fit some image he has in his mind. He should accept you for who you are. If he isn't, this is probably an unhealthy relationship.

I think you are gorgeous hunny, and I wish you the best.

oddly enough thin people have health issues, I think at times people overlook the fact that the studies are skewered to focus on specific health issues with fat people.  We as Americans hate overweight women because we are conditioned to do so.  We do not hate overweight men because again conditioning.  If a dom would like his sub to lose weight nothing wrong there, as long as he knows what he's doing.  Personally I'm heavier, I have the genetics for being heavier, I'm healthy as an ox, work out, excercise, and have an active hobbietual lifestyle, lol.  Actually men naturally gravitate towards a woman whose waist is at least 10 inches smaller than her breast and hip size.  Whether someone is fat is there issue, why are people so nosy about someone elses weight fat or thin.  If a man likes a thin woman great say so, if a woman prefers a beefy male YAY!  personally I go for whats between the ears and cock size helps.   I really have no desire to be with a man who doesn't find me sexually wow. I find it kind of gross to hug someone who is bony or who is mushy,(yes skinny people can be bony and mushy)  but thats me but I dontz carez cuzzems theys jus my friends.  In response to the man who actively hates fat women...I guess I am wondering why he is so insecure... toodles.

Frankly I'd rather see someone who is overweight than someone who is in the end stages of anorexia. Skinny is not necessarily healthier than fat, nor is it always "prettier".

I stumbled across this thread from the home page.  The title caught my attention in the scrolling block.

Read a post up near the top... Something like prefer to be a smart fat girl than a skinny dumb girl.  Yah Ok.. but why not a smart 'healthy' girl?

If your fat... get up and move.  That was me.. fat one year ago.  240 lbs.  Today 187.. how.. I got off my fat ass, started riding a bicycle.  Parked the truck and car put the bike where it was first out the driveway.  In one year there was only 2 occassions where I had to fetch the truck to bring home too big of an item. 

I lost the weight the hard way... peddling my sorry ass.  Now it and my legs look great.  I am more healthy than I was 20 years ago.  Course it helps to be bionic.  Yes it was very hard work.. but the rewards have been huge.  Recent heart tests proved it out.  Treadmill stress test numbers... performance equal to someone 15 years younger.  Contrast/echo cardiogram.. absolutely perfect functioning heart with excellent blood flow.  Diet.. are you kidding no diet at all.  I burned the fat fast.  Endurance markedly different.  Diabetes type 2.. after 10 years well below targets that my Dr has been insisting on.  Blood pressure and cholesterol down... way down.

It is simple .. if your a fatass Dom or a fatass sub/slave get active, get healthy, and the rewards are well worth it.

Added.. I should have looked at the profile of the people who have commented.  All unhealthy overweight women and a few way overweight Doms... get healthy.. fat is not your friend.. it is a cloak you hide under..

Evanesce, thanks. I payed $327 for the five week program and I simply couldn't drink 8 glasses of water per day! I drank about 3 or 4 glasses but I still lost 6 pounds so I'm pretty happy with that!
Stick with it and slowly increase your activity levels too, *you can do it!* Let us know about your progress too!

Sexy Red, I'm not that much overweight (I was 233 but down to 225 now and hitting the gym regularly to try to hit my "ideal" weight of 209.) but I just don't *feel good* at 20 or 25 pounds overweight and my pants get too tight or I have to wear them lower.
I just feel like shit when I get like that emotionally and especially physically.
I want to keep myself in good shape and be strong for a potential sub that I'm looking for by being in this site.
Also when I use the treadmill I have a lot more endurance and energy than I normally would and it takes the weight off slowly like you should lose weight.
The thing is you do need to be a little "selfish" about losing weight!
I tell myself; "I'm doing this for ME because I know after a while I'm going to feel and look much better and my clothes will fit me better!"

Leatherwork, Holy Moly! You really have made progress!!!
And I cannot argue with you because you're right!
We really do need to be more ACTIVE in our lives!
I'm going to hit the gym again tommorrow but I think I'll take a bike ride tonight!
I'd LOVE to be at 187 again like I was in my 20's!

I second this, having been in the deadly anorexia stages at some point myself. I do not call that attractive, at all. People who eat and treat themselves well really do look better! Not to mention they are a lot more fun, in general, to be around.

Oh yes. I agree there, too. Studies are skewed, as are trends, magazines, and, in turn, people's opinions on what is healthy or beautiful. Art history shows us some gorgeous, voluptuous women who were the prized beauties of their time specifically because they were heavier set and curvy. Maybe someday everyone will just relax and take people for what and who they are- instead of basing opinions on just what they look like instead.

I am a size 14 now, after having gotten up to an 18/20 a few years back. I practice yoga and spend at least five hours per week on the elliptical trainer at the gym. I bench 250lbs.  and leg press 350lbs. In short, I am stronger, faster, and fitter than the VAST majority of Americans, despite the fact that my BMI says otherwise.

To put it bluntly, I can outrun/outwork and probably kick the asses of a LOT of skinnier folks. So what matters more, my fitness level/happiness quotient, or some arbitrary numbers on a scale or chart that don't account for the fact that I come from a long line of German Peasant Stock??? My bp, cholesterol, triglycerides, and other "risk factor" blood components are all AOK, despite a familial history of TypeII diabetes, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia.

My spouse and undreage family members adore me. So do I. And guess what? I really STARTED adoring me at that 18/20 mark, and the weight has slowly fallen off ever since then. Coincidence? I dunno, nor do I care.

I have functional breasts that are currently a healthy C cup and quite pert, despite having nourished two infants. I have the stretchmarks that one would expect to see on a multiparous woman with fair skin. Ultimately, my curves, my stretchmarks, and the fact that I wear bras with a tad more support these days than I did before giving birth are my permanent badges of honor... I earned ALL of them.

I hope for you that one day you have the same love/pride of/in yourself, regardless of your size.

Ahh! Just got back from a six mile bike ride on the golf course behind us.
There are "cart paths" on it, paved walkways for the golf carts and you can walk or ride your bike on them through all the holes.
Joan, you sound like you're in great shape!
I can't even bench press 250 lbs but I come from peasant Irish stock and they used to run up and down those hills in Donegal and my leggs and ass are in pretty good shape and I've leg pressed 480 a few times.
There are guys at my gym who can do a * lot * more than that though.
Man, there's some monsters there! They put extra weights on the leg press machines for them because I think they "only" go up to 600 lbs!
I've always been the long, tall type for most of my life and I just don't feel good if I put on too much weight.

Hi Popeye... yes you can.  I will not tell you it is easy.  I struggled very badly the first 6 weeks.  But I was seeing some results.  I was riding a calif cruiser beach type bike with 6 speed it is a heavy monster.  I purchased a terrific bargain and beautiful quality 21 speed commuter from ebay.. one of the best investments ever.  After a bit I got tired of trying to balance a 40 lb bag of dog food to bring home.  Purchased a childs trailer tow behind.. stripped off the kid crap and can easily haul 250 lbs of stuff home from errands and grocery shopping.  Thought about writing a book how easy it was... except those first weeks. 

Good luck.. keep at it and you will get results.  Just do not quit/start/quit/start... those cycles can really hurt.
