Since we just had someone asking this in a less positive light, who here likes their subs/slaves with extra meat? I'm 5'9", I weigh 230, and it's fairly evenly distributed over my frame. I would like to lose weight--I'm working on it--but I don't want to drop below a size 14. I like being curvy. At the same time, though, I dislike the idea of putting myself on a shelf and my life on hold until my weight reaches some special magic number. Unfortunately, Doms who like a girl bigger than a size 16, with whom I am compatible, and there's real sexual chemistry, etc. seem very far and few between. Especially here in Denver. Show of hands, Guys? :)

I like women to look good in clothes, I am less interested in a skinny woman who can't dress than a large woman who can. Part of it is attitude, some have it some don't. Another is deportment, if you carry yourself like a fat slob, that is what you are. If however, you carry yourself as the beautiful creature you are, well, there you go.

I love a person who is kool... The only time his weight would matter is if :1)he gets too short of breath when doing normal activities (like walking, cleaning, phucking) or 2)the weight is obliterating vital organs and he can't serve me in certain ways. <<<<----Needs to step away from computer since mind seems to be wondering into the gutter today randomly. Interesting...people keep telling me 'Oh, there's Doms out there that like big girls...' and so far, that is not bearing out. As for health, I am VERY healthy, kthnxbye. I have good cholesterol levels, my blood pressure is 120/80, I am MORE flexible than many women weighing 50-100 pounds less, and because I don't fret over what people think of me, nor do I care what the media thinks, I have good mental and emotional health. I am thinking that what I need isn't going to be found here on collarme, though.

I totally agree Nyx. There are not very many Dom's out there that like voluptuous, curvy women, but there are some out there somewhere. We definately should not have to put ourselves "on a shelf" until we reach societies idea of the perfect body. I also am happy having some meat on me.

Again. The only problem I see about being overweight is simply the health issue. If the sub is healthy, why not? I believe someone's standards should be less important on looks. Looks change, personalities don't. I don't like being overwieght myself, but I know that I have body image problems of my own, which may or may not have to do with my gender identity or lack thereof. Would I choose Fabio over an overwieght sub, and they both had it in their mind to serve me? No, not if the chemistry doesn't work out. There has to be a connection way beyond the physical for anything to happen.

Does not understand this...personally I have found plenty of Dom/mes who tend to prefer a sub/slave with curves and some meet on their bones...and many more who choose to look at me for the person I am on the inside and not how I look on the outside. I have only had a handful blow me off after they found out I am a bigger girl and if that is the way they are then they are to shallow for my tastes anyway. Also I have just started to get involved r/t in groups and events and have found that many of the sub/slaves are my size and bigger and have no lack of interest or play partners. aurora

Be patient, Nyxalinth2, they are out there. Like I said in the other thread my former Dom seeks out women size 14 and up. That just happens to be his preference. Obviously, he likes the one's that take care of themselves like me [:D]. I was also contacted by a Dom this weekend with the same preference. Albeit, those men are fewer and farther between, but they are out there. I consider myself a big beautiful woman (I am a size 20) and that attitude shines on the outside as well, making me more attractive than many smaller than myself. Now, I have been exercising and trying to eat right over the last month or so which is how I came down from a size 22, and I don't plan on stopping now. I feel sexier and will continue on this avenue, but I am doing it for me, no one else. So please don't put your life on hold girl, live it! I like both my males and females to have weight on them, chubby even. I don't like skinny or scrawny and I dont want to see any ribs sticking thru [:'(] With that said I also like them to be on the tall side, I'm 5 ft 8 so taller than that. I think its SEXY ~Lashra

i am currently overweight due to medical reasons. i am not into the numbers and refuse to tell anyone how much i weigh. mostly cause it pisses me off. if i weighed what the guys think i should weigh based on the numbers they think are appropriate for a tiny little gal between 5' and 5'5" well ... i would be aneroxic. i am tall. period. look at me first before you judge. i am working at getting strong again and it is a long slow haul. when i get strong, then i will increase the exercise so that i can lose weight. i actually have never had any man complain about what i look like. if they are not looking for an overweight person, then they tell me before they meet. if i meet them, shrugs, then its their choice from their. no, i am not happy being overweight but its more the being not fit that has driven me crazy. i have a plan and my life is NOT on hold. and believe it or not, there are lots of Doms out there that do not care if you are overweight as long as you are healthy. i have talked to quite a few. its just like everyone says here, its the attitude. my issue is that i am unhappy with my weight and so my attitude gets pretty low sometimes. but all things will happen in good time. be yourself, be happy, the search is long and hard. and most guys really dont want a skinny woman. they do want some meat on the bones. it was said earlier and the men will say it over and over. if you have a sex attitude ... then you got it baby!!!!

As a matter of fact most doms I've meet feel that the extra pounds are an asset when it comes to play. Big (non-silicone) breasts are best for breast bondage and slapping. Big round asses make a better target. We just aren't as fragile, and that can make for a lot more fun for a dom. Actually, the only doms I have met who prefer tiny subs are those who are into elaborate bondage, especially suspension bondage, and that makes total sense to me. Light, flexible subs are just more practical for those things. As far as I can tell, the BDSM scene is far more size-friendly, and less body-obsessed, than the swinging or vanilla community. I've never felt anything but comfortable being all-kinds-of-naked at a fetish party. Cin

i can't say much on this topic except i am talking to someone now who seem to be quite taken with..um...uh...my upper body. and everyone knows when a woman loses weight that is the first thing to go...lol... i just had to put my two cents worth in.

Physical apperance is not the first thing I think about when I am selecting a sub. I have had wondeful relationships with slender, average and over weight women. However, I do like full fighred women. [:)]

I can't say I prefer over weight or not because I think pounds are stupid way to measure someone's health and value. I do know that skinny is a turn-off to me cause all I can do is look and think "I might break that" and then I can't be interested at all.
