In personal relationship, no... unless I am being sarcastic. He is mio bello ragazzo (my beautiful boy) but it is a term of affection that is culturally significant to both of us. Boy would never be applied in any other way...
In session with a tributed pet, I might use it, but only if i knew it was a trigger for the sub.
In a personal session with another playmate... not likely... most of my subs for personal play are heavy masochists... good boy is not really keeping with the dynamic that works in those scenes for me.
