RealO, only 97 years late.

Give credit where credit is due LOL !

Two generations to wake up. What was that saying, three generations from shirtsleeves to shirtsleeves ? It does quite seem to apply doesn't it ?

And now people are hoping nothing "bad" happens. What is bad ? Civil unrest, a revolutionary origin ? The people finally fed up ? How many more are going to join ? I don't see this thing getting smaller. I am starting to see that there is not enough jail space, and either they acquiesce or reveal the existence of those camps that don't exist. (jlf STFU OR ELSE)

We are about to see some things, and soon. Those people are going to have to have alot more people to take shifts, they will have to go inside to warm up, they will have those barrells burning garbage like at union strikes. The cops will try to bust them and then there will be a bunch more medis coverage here and there. Then we will see.

People talked about there being sufficient strife during the last regime in this country, that it would keep Bush in power. Right now it is looking like this will more likely be Obama. That's OK with me. Because when those moneybags can't help him enough anymore he might just think about us. Bush NEVER would do that.

So, it could be worse.

T^T

This all reminds me of stories my grandmother used to tell me about the years prior to the New Deal.  According her, the only reason social security and the other New Deal initiatives were allowed to pass was because the robber barons became afraid of the populace.  I can see it happening all over again.

Are you sure? The current robber barons don't look like they're even slightly afraid of the rest of the population, and are pretty well flaunting that fact.

The fact that the media isn't covering it shows they're afraid.

The fact that FOX News is covering it - http://www.foxnews.com/ - shows they aren't afraid.

Must be only the liberal media who are afraid.

The media is covering it.

NYT, NPR, Aljazeera, even Reuters. Local news is covering as well.

Yes and every sentence out of my grandson's 4 year old mouth starts with I want...they sound alike.

Please you tell me what do they want?

What do I think they want?

Fiscal responsibility and those who dropped the ball on us to be held accountable. Protesting corporate greed and social inequality, and the lack of holding those who gained the most from the financial mess we are in accountable.
