I'm astonished that Hank Jr knows who Benjamin Netanyahu is. If ESPN doesn't want to be associated with him I think they have every right to dump him. They have their brand to protect. And he's free to make all the dumb ass remarks he wants. But not free from suffering the consequences that any public figure or entertainer is vulnerable to.

It doesn't have anything to do with whether private individuals or corporations can bar you from their privately-owned television show because they don't like what you've said. As I'm a born and bred southerner, no. In interviews he's never struck me as the current events type and he's made some asshole remarks about women over the years. But I've seen him in concert and I know the words to Family Tradition by heart.
