Status: offline 		Just wondering why so many Domme's stick their middle finger up? Its not a sign of power... and to be honest we all can stick our middle fingers up. It just makes me laugh, stern faces on with the finger up, its something a 16 year old girl does to her dad when she's tol dshe cant go out with friends!

If there is a genuine reason for this please do let me know :)

my suggestion? click and hide the ones asking for money, and move on to the next one. PATIENCE is a virtue!

Remember, the number of males subs are legion, compared to femdoms. You've gotta really make yourself stand out to get noticed.

Rather than rely on this place to find people, why not get out and go to one of the local munches? It's a good crowd there, and I'm sure you'd meet a lot of people to befriend. And relationships start with friendship, right?

Hey OP... don't give up - there really are some brilliant friends to me made here on CM, and as has been said there're plenty of really fab non-pro dommes.

That said, while saying "it's a competitive market" might make it seem a little transactional, the really superb non-pro dommes get a bazillion emails from a host of horny sub types so you will need to be really clear about what you would bring (both kink-wise and vanilla-wise) to a relationship.

My advice is to take the advice of both GreedyTop and myotherself...

In the online context - just aggressively hide profiles that aren't a match, and make a real effort in your intro email to any dommes you contact.

In the r/l context... nothing beats going to a munch for getting to know real people.

I think they're acting like spoiled little girls and think that means "Domme." Really all it means is spoiled little girl. I see that screwed up face and middle finger and it's so NOT impressive.

Of course there are. It's just that they aren't as loud and in-your-face as those middle fingers are. When you see those profiles with the bad attitudes, etc, block/hide them and keep looking. Eventually you'll find the right woman.
