I am not only seeking a 24/7 slave I have been purposefully enlarging my social circle; hadn't really considered CM for much beyond the slave search until recently so this is me reaching out, as it were.

My interests go way beyond my resources of time and money so at least life keeps me in a constant awe ... theatre, museums, dance productions, cartoons, movies, mock combat.  Gardening, cooking, keeping bees.  Woodworking, blacksmithing, leather work ... fancy that.  I am educated and still enjoy learning, naturally playful, usually polite in my speech.  Voracious reader sometimes writer.  Like to hunt, have not developed a taste for traditional pole fishing but will participate when kin and kith are of a mind to do so.  I like Renn Faires and Hammer Ins, travel, photography/video, taking classes and napping in my hammock.  To name but a few.

It is autumn now and since we have had frost ... we've had snow but frost and sustained cold ... I am very happily going hunting now.  I have taken up trapping this year and thus far my trapping squirrels has kicked ass all over my hunting squirrels, although it's rather like traditional pole fishing in that once you cast your line or set your trap there's not a lot to do but wait.

I am torn between getting a nice ATV and a KLR650 ... the ATV would be way more versatile and useful on the country property but its not yet street legal and the motorcycle would be great on gas and such during three seasons but I'd likely forgo driving it during the winter and I just can't see it helping to pull stumps or plow a driveway or garden ... although building such attachments might be fun.

Some friends and I have discussed getting together regularly to game ... either D&D or White Wolf or something along that line.  Work and grown up obligations keep getting in the way of our recess, playtime, whatever you want to call it.

Had big crop of hazelnuts this year and a goodly amount of chestnuts.  I hope to have a Solstice party this year complete with bonfire.

Politically speaking I am socially liberal in that we the people should not be hindered in our right to live life in a manner that best allows us the potential pleasure of the catch from our pursuit of happiness ... or phrased differently consensual sodomy and what plants you smoke and/or eat are no one's business but your own.  Whether you have no significant other, 1 significant other or a host of significant others is no one's business but your own so long as its all consensual.  Still I am ultra conservative in other ways especially about fiscal policy and personal responsibility and accountability.

I like ginger ale and often make my own.

hehehe ok I have rambled enough.  Folks please bear in mind that I am looking to expand my positive social circle, to make friends and such so if there is something about me that just pisses you off and you feel the need to let me know about it ... don't.  If on the other hand something I have said is of interest or you have a story or want to share something you think I might like from what you've read, by all means share.  I look forward to hearing from you.

to be honest, this stuff should be in your profile.

Your profile is very kink-centred and tells a potential pretty much ZERO about the 'you behind the kink'.

I agree with my lagomorphic girlfriend.  Unless you're looking for only play sessions, your profile should describe how you live your life.  Any woman who casts her lot with you will be trapping squirrels, harvesting honey, etc. more time than she'll spend tied up and getting flogged.

Steven, hello again.  hehehe I did come off a bit rustic there ... but tis the season and all that.  I suppose had I written this during the summer I would have sounded positively cosmopolitan what with going to the theatre, dance productions and such.  Still your point is taken.

In truth I did not set this account up originally, it was done by a sub who meant well.  I only really began to invest any time in the site within the past month or so and never considered it as a source for socializing until these past two days.

I will perhaps try to present a more well rounded view of myself ... still droning on about oneself is so mind numbingly boring.

myotherself I likewise thank you for your feedback.

That would be YOU silly man. I like you're relaxed unflustered posting. Willingness to take suggestions instead of being insulted it top of my list.

I think she was talking about you beast. Welcome to this side of CM. We have a wierd sense of humor over here and, believe it or not, we get a fair share of wankers trolling over here.

The "Can we keep him (or her) comment" refers to the fact that ladies have turned their wanker detectors on you and gotten ZERO. You appear to be a living in wanker free zone and welcome.

Soooooo, from that we are to assume you were mind numbingly bored when you wrote the OP?

In my case that would be 100% correct. Despite your huge cock pic I get the same reading from you.

Ty fire. Even if I'm not a sadist, it's good to know you get good vibes from me.

I agree with Fire.

I was waiting for the "what the feck do you know....blah blah blah" response to my post. A refreshing change to have a human being answer it!

or at least people who talk about it.

welcome to the CM forums -- i agree with Fire, the uncomplicated, unpretentious, snark-less posting is definitely a plus. ^_^

Hell, I'd love to have a hive and harvest my own.  If my neighbors wouldn't tar and feather me, I'd do it.

Same here -- i'd like to have a hive of my own someday. And I want to move back to the country and grow my own food. I'm a vegetarian though, so no hunting or trapping for me. I'm from the woods, though, and I just reeeally want to go back. I'm not a city person. I recognize the benefits of the city -- there are things I'd never have experienced had I never moved away from home. Ideally, I'd like to live somewhere far enough to get away from it, but close enough where I could still go visit every now and again.

I have a big yard where I live now, but I'm still not used to having neighbors on either side who could see straight into my windows. =p I miss going outside and being able to scream at the top of my lungs at 3 a.m. and not waking anybody up. =p I miss going rambling through fields and splashing around in creeks and looking at minnows and looking under rocks for mudpuppies. I miss catching frogs, I miss chasing bunnies, I miss fields with horses, and I miss a sky full of stars at night. The city lights just blur most of them out -- you can only see the brightest ones here.

I miss summer nights with bats buzzing around my head. =p
