You mean like the reality that according to the photo and video evidence, the officer freely walked from one side of the other of the group that had him 'trapped'?

The mob was chanting about the conditions under which they would no longer keep the  campus officers detained, so if you had any sense you would quit embarrassing yourself this way

If you had any sense, you would look at YOUR post and see they weren't detained.

If the officer had said "I sprayed them after they refused an order to disburse" I wouldn't have much of a problem with his story.
The courts can decide whether free speech was violated as that's above our pay grade.

NOOOOO, he had to go all Drama Llama and LIE about it saying they were 'trapped". Photographic evidence shows they lied. They weren't trapped. Otherwise, he wouldn't be shown on one side of the group talking to them and a few seconds later spraying them from the other side. I have a problem with those in authority lying especially when they don't have to.

I have already pointed out in the video where there was a clear path all the way to the parking lot from the point where he was standing when he sprayed.

It doesn't matter what the crowd was chanting. What matters is the evidence.

I read it. I compared it to what I saw visually and decided that it was lacking in veracity as it didn't jibe with the photographic evidence. Hell, you're the one that said you should never trust a bunch of liberals. I'm just following your advice.[:D]

Hill, they simply believe anything that makes the movement look bad. Doesnt matter what proof there is against it, they will tip that kool aid cup, swallow hard, hiccup and continue on with the vitriol.

All anyone has to do is look at the plethora of vids on youtube concerning this incident. It will give many different angles, and you can see that the most they did is sit down and block the sidewalk.

I had a chance to speak to a friend last night, a former police officer, and he said that if you want to take people away with the least amount of effort, you get them in restraints and then carry them out. Using chemical spray just makes them keep moving around trying to wipe their eyes, gasp for breath, puke, etc. and if they do not stop moving while being restrained they could be considered to be "violently" resisting arrest.
